So the background color in the settings menu is white and the font color is black (as you can see in the pic i attached) ,how can i change the text color to some other color (like Black) ? (i know i can just change the background color to black and the prob is gonne,but i like it white)

My screen does not display properly white colors (white spots on the screen). There is an Theme (CM7) or something similar, that have dark colors (including dialog boxes).
Is possible to replace system-level colors?

I have a Zopo ZP100 Dual-SIM running Android 4.0.4, and I'd like to know how can I change the SIM background color to a different one that they have.
In "SIM Management", I can change the BG color but they only give me four options (blue, orange, green, purple)
It changes the color of the SIM not only in the statusbar but in a lot of places.
How can I change the color to a custom one, like yellow red.

I know I can control the icon's background color and transparency but is there a way to control the icon text in the same way? Many of the wallpapers that I like to use make the text hard to see and read. At times, a wallpaper will have a lighter color or colors at the bottom and darker colors at the top so changing the text color does not help. It would be great if the icon background was extended farther down to the text line. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
