Hi, i've been trying to find some good stock XT910 4.1.2 GSM roms to try out.. but i havn't found that many.. is there any roms you suggest? I am looking for a rom with battery+%(JB battery, not these ugly circle ones). And a theme without transparent statusbar, or a rom that has many features Would be nice if it was stable too List your favourites, so i know what roms i can try out
Hope this dosn't count as "best rom thread" because i am not after the "best" rom.. i am after a stock rom that has these features or not, so i can test out what rom i like best
since you want a near stock rom, try looking at AOKP and Cyanogenmod

I use a variety of roms from the MIUI port to CM7 and all the way back around to Darkside and i have to say that Darkside is your best bet for a Blur rom if you want, it not i have found the CM7 ICS Final to be a stable CM7rom.

thanks for your reply. So, for you the ROM based on darkside is the best ROM (stable) at this moment. Do you tested the Neutrino ROM ?

I think you have to better clarify what you mean by stable. You also allude to functionality which aren't entirely the same. To many, CM7 is stable, but if you're looking for BLUR functions, CM7 wont have that.
What functions/features are you looking for/must have and/or what are you missing?
I need use the Dock, HDMI output, video conference and support to other languages. I'm using Neutrino GT ROM. That's awesome ROM, with awesomes features but, for example, I having issues with simples functions as chosing other languages. I receive keyboard error and i cant find solution for that. That's is just example of issues.
Did you test this ROM ?

I'm looking at some AOSP roms and have a question about a feature in them.... what are ribbons? I've used Carbon for a little while before and didn't touch them, but I mostly use stock roms.

I would like to change stock ROM to custom ROM. Can somebody give me best custom ROM available today. I tried to search through Google but they are too many not sure which one is more stable and best.Or is there any way I can find out based on download.

There's not a "best" rom fo any of the device. Please don't open threads like this.
There are a collection of stable and good ROMs for the device though, head on to the dev section and fidn yourselves some
LewaOS, MIUI, SamFlare, SuperLuminaDad, KitKandroid and many more
The best thing to do is to read and research on your own and try a few out to see what best fits YOUR needs. Everyone's opinion is different, so what is the best ROM for one person, may not be the best ROM for you. We don't allow best ROM threads because of this, especially around these parts they just lead to a bunch of childish bickering

I have just rooted my phone & am now interested in installing a custom ROM.
I have a Neken N6 smartphone
I only know needroms.com to look for roms & it seems the choice for my phone is limited., MIUI V5 being the only ROM I think. Is there another place I can look for ROMS that may give me a bigger selection? I want to try out ROMS like Cmod & Paranoid Android, is this possible?
so basically i need cm11 to look like stock rom....with its interface and stock rom apps.....personal reasons dont ask why i would be really glad if there was anyway i would REALLY be happy about a solution to this....i found a theme for cm11 to look like touchwiz but additionally to that i need cm11 to include the stock rom apps and of course the look :angel:
you can theme it as you've found out already but you cannot get the TouchWiz and it's apps to work on the CM rom.
