No it's a identify number from ur phone like by a car. And it's unchangeable.

When i'm flashing a OnePart Firmware over my Rooted Firmware and do a Wipe, Root and CWM are gone and it looks like new. Right?

Yes if its full firmware it wipes rooted kernel .

It's showing DLI2/DLI3? That's correct. That is the RIL that comes with the DLIB modem.
