This mod is for custom stock based roms that are deodexed - It will changed your status bar to what it looks like in the screenshot with the exception of the battery icon - This is because you need to mod your own framework-res as each rom is different

How To Install
Before Doing Anything Make A Nandroid Backup!
Download ExpandedColourS3 - If on hyperion use the hyperion version
Download StatusBarMods (note evo-x4 already has this in evo mods)
Install StatusBarMods.apk
Go into cwm
Mount System
Flash ExpandedColourS3.zip
Restart
Use the StatusBarMods app to change the colour of the status bar
Downloads

Will this work on xyz rom - It should work on any stock based custom rom that is deodex (hyperion use hyperion version)
Will this work on stock rom - No not unless you are deodex and have lidriod parts apk already or install the lidroid parts from the lidriod thread
Will this work on cm7 or aosp - No as its not a stock based custom rom

Decompile systemui.apk with apktool
Goto res/layout
Open status_bar_expanded.xml in notepad++
delete the following
Code:
<LinearLayout android:orientation="horizontal" android:layout_width="fill_parent" android:layout_height="wrap_content">
<include layout="@layout/qp_brightness" />
</LinearLayout>
Recompile & replace in flashable zip

I can show/hide % icon and it changing colour depending on battery %
The clock colour cannot be changed as I have not set it to be changed
you cannot hide/show am/pm as its not part of status bar but it will show am/pm if your phone is set to 12hr format in phone settings
I will be building a rom in the new year with this status bar if permission is granted and I will include all the edt tweak functions

It is already transparent - use the StatusBarMods By b16h22 evo app to set color and transparency level!
