Yes you can use the Root method :good:
I am not sure about the Custom roms
But if you want to test you can

js ask them can they give you Sp flash tool supported Jelly Bean Firmware links for you
if they agree and give u links then share with us ..... or tell us what he say ??

i want to buy xolo q800 with the old mtk6589 processor with fulll hd recording .......
but the problem is the new xolo q800 comes with mtk 6589m processor......
there is new xolo q800 x edition with the same specs as of the old xolo q800 .........
i want to root& flash the xolo q800 x edition so my question is can i install all the custom roms available for xolo q800(on xda and facebook )
will there be any problem ???????

anyone who can assist me or can give me genuine help please beacuse i ve searched everywhere and no one has helped me yet except one person on fb whose help was also not enough but istill thank him for atleast approaching to help me

i am also trying to find a fully working rom for xolo a500s. I have tried many roms, but none of them are working perfectly on this device. Please suggest where i can find a working one. I am using xolo a500s with build version s016.
Try Project Doge rom... the Interface, Tweaks and Mods provided in this rom are similar to Cynogenmod..
1. Anything changed since March? Which mod can safeguard Xolo Q800 against Stagefright exploit? Xolo Q800 was released in Poland as myPhone Next and support is already dropped.
2. Is there any mode that we can install that has kind of constant update model, something similar to rolling distribution of Linux?
3. Can we as a group of users ask developers of CyanogenMod for support of our phone?
4. Has anyone tried Ubuntu touch or KDE Plasma Mobile on Xolo Q800?

Same problem here.
I tried to find it but no ROM is developed for A065.
If u find any ROM for A065 then plz PM me about it or provide a download link
XDA isn't a request site. If developers choose to work on a device they will. But usually they need to own the device and these obscure less popular devices can be hard to find anything for.
Best to learn how to port roms yourself if you want them.

Check xda / google if there are any Roms available for your device otherwise better get a device which has development already
