I found this on the webernets. has anyone tried it yet?
Well I'm to new to post a url apparently but if you search for chainfire tool to root galaxy s4 it should come up.
Everything I found for that tool says it's for the I905, and not to try it on any other model. But it's promising.

I purchased the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 4G from Bell yesterday. As well, yesterday I bricked it. I blame myself for not reading enough on the device. I assumed the wifi root process was the same.
Today I got it replaced. I noticed that the model number for the Bell version of the Tab 10.1 is GT-P7500M.
Can anyone confirm which method I should use to root this device? And hopefully get CWM working as well.
I have searched the forum, and google to find an answer specific for Bell, but with no success.
Thanks

Bassboy_pete. I just got a Bell 4G GT 10.1 also. Did you ever figure out how to root the GT-P7500M?
Could you let me know i've been looking everywhere for this info and all google brings up are your posts.
i have the same model. rooted. Bell is no different.
Google [root galaxy 10.1] and you should find how. Very easy.
I've followed read this entire thread. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1171089 and read the 30+ pages somewhere in there someone who had a rogers 4G model said the 3G method worked. I also read somewhere else on XDA that a guy with the Bell GT-P7500M tried the 4G method and made the device a paper weight. I also really want to backup this device before a mess with anything but as far as all my research i am doing CWR is the way to back it up.
yours or anyone help is appreciated. Not looking for a handout on what to do step by step just a push in the right direction. I won this device and want to keep using it but some things piss me off about the Bell version (really must GPS Nav have to stay on the device) also can't just return it to bell if i brick it since i won it and don't have a reciept.
UPDATE, Just did the CWM Recovery. Worked great. Just finished a backup. I'll try the 3G root as mentioned in this post http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1312538 then i'll update again.
Not bad for my first Droid Device just got it 3 days ago.
UPDATE: Used the 3G method for GTP97500M (Bell Mobility) works great.
also plunged in thinking I had read enough and not fully understanding all the variants, so ended up following some of the root instructions posted on xda which did not work.
Solution was this thread for Team Overcome
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1275751
which has a stock restore, the correct odin and bootloader files and then both the Overcome Rom and a CWM zip.
All installed nicely, system rooted and custom rom installed.
I am on Rogers with the Tab 10.1 and my Galaxy S is on Bell.
I then flashed the OC kernel from doridbasement which also works fine -- just catch which version you are on
anyways, early days but these did work, others did not for me
Hi,
I found a working souce of usb adb driver (after many tries and fails) at: http://minix.com.hk/downfile/RK_DriverAssitant.zip
it comes with an installer which works!
After this a basic script provided for an easy installation of supersu and busybox:
search for RK3188_ROOT (or use http://www.mediafire.com/download/dzx599tkq0rdehl/RK3188_ROOT_Tool.zip)
Thanks please rar password ? RK3188_ROOT ok i find it Thanks
question
Any pointers for an extremely new user? this is my first device -M6pro- and I'm quite attached to it, but I can't backup nor install many apps on the SD, so I kinda want to root it, but I don't know the first thing about this, just installed the drivers directly from pipo.cn and don't know whats next. Also, It's not like Pipo is very popular around, so i know there won't be any easy rooting apps like huauei or HTC models have
Success!!!
Just rooted it, worked the fourth time, since i didn't met a few prerequisites, but once i got the hang of it, it went smoothly! thanks!!
well---
Got the official kitkat update from pipo and it works nicely. problem is, the root method doesn't works anymore.

uh... can't post links, but it's the newest one in the pipo chinese website, on the support section of the m6pro 3g
after upgrading I cannot use sparky's method anymore, nor flash anything, since the recovery mode seems to be lacking a few options. contacted Pipo but so far I haven't got an answer about rooting it, only the boilerplate "all our tablets come unrooted"
Thanks you, please password RK3188_ROOT_Tool.zip
Hello guys, I bought "Samsung Galaxy S3" online and I am really confused with such names and so many different models and different things about them, so the guy asked "blue or white?" and I said "doesn't matter" and now I am stuck with this SIII neo 16GB...
I managed to install Android system recovery <3e> KOT49H.I9301IXXUNF4, but I am not able to root it, I searched everywhere and nothing, like nobody in the world have this device...
I tried tools for both I9300 and I9305 but they are no help at all either.
If there's any solution to root this thing or anything like that...I think I need a custom kernel to be able to do anything (right?)
How to extract kernel from firmware image? How to patch it?
I would be happy to have some answers.
Regards

Yesterday I've managed to root device, I downgraded firmware I9301IXXUANC6 and I flashed the phone, then towelroot did its magic and everything works as charm!

i root it with this program: https://towelroot.com/

and then root it without update (then download superuser and busybox)

Doesn't seem like you tried very hard. Took me 5 seconds to find that CF Auto Root supports it. Make sure you get the right one for your variant and the update you are on.
In fact it does not exist .... there is only the root for MS-A700FD (Android 4.4.4) and not for MS-A700F (Android 5.0.2)
Perdon SM-A700FD ( Kit.Kat) y no for SM-A700F ( lollipop)
Your title says SM-a900f, for which root does exist. Kingoroot or Kingroot might work for the a700f. Recommend downloading the original firmware as a backup in case it doesn't. You can find it on Sammobile.com
you're right man, I was misspelled, the correct title is SM-A700F, with KimgRoot already tried but does not work
Kingo and King are 2 different ones. Would try the Kingo one too.
unfortunately it does not work with any program, I tried them all !!!

Just came here to find a root method for the SM-A105M. Seems like not a lot of love for the A10 here.. Lol Anyways, I will be testing this method I came across out tonight. I will post the link but can't confirm it's working. I'll post my results tomorrow.
