Yeah its Gingerbread CM7.2 Based With New Features New Callscreen etc

Pros:
Home was great. But the app icon(the honami icon) was large.
The lockscreen was really awesome.
Well. The messaging theme was good
No lag except when opening an corner dock(delay .5second)
Cons:
The statusbar. The assasins creed wallpaper. The Icons are blending with it, so i can't see well.
The Xperia Z1 Icon in settings(it was large).
Names in settings. you can just name them according to their cyanogen or android names.
the EmiZ1 app. Slow loading and you have to do some things for your music to appear. and it's in chinese language. which make some of its features unreadable.
Gonna add more. Hope i could see more update.

in first pic background is semi transparent means we can see the wallpaper or anything inside statubar & in second pic full background no transparency effects
