I encountered that rom searching something for my wife's P690 (aka optimus net). one of the few phones without a good ics or jb rom due to missing camera.
maybe could be nice also for p500.

What do you mean with full version? The one in the OP is not complete? I've downloaded the mediafire one but not installed yet. That's something wrong with that?

But it's probably not themed, as the neo v uses a different camera as the PLAY (Which this theme is based on)

trying to push the original camera apk for neo v through root explorer.

ReloadedICS replaces the default CM9 UI and adds many customization options.
INSTALLATION
Boot on to ClockWorkMod
DO A BACKUP!! (People tend to forget that and end up formatting/reinstalling all)
Install zip from sdcard > Choose zip from sdcard > update-reloaded-1.4-cm9-031112.zip > Confirm
Advanced > Wipe Dalvik Cache
Reboot
After reboot, run Reloaded Settings from your favorite launcher.

Nope, it wont work.
Everything is written on the first post about who can.
And it says "Only for CM9".

ICS is very beautiful, but unfortunately the performance is disappointing compared to GB, some new features for me are not essential (such as face-unlock), but I think that some functions are very useful. Among these ICS smart dialer or player controls in lockscreen are very intersting.
Is possible to use ICS dialer and lockscreen player controls in a GB Rom?
Is possible to use Google music in a GB rom?

ICS Dialer & lockscreen player controls are not possible on GB is not possible ,guess google music app works on android 2.2+ devices
ICS Dialer - you can use Go Dialer OTHER REPLACEMENT APPS FROM THE MARKET WHICH SUPPORT smart dialers
Lockscreen player controls : use PLAYER PRO or other app to get lockscreen controls
