[Q] ALLWINNER A10 Booting Problems, stuck on Android Logo - Android Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hi
Having major issues with my Tablet
Make - ArtView, Model - AT9C-A10WAA
Its an Allwinner A10 with ARM Cotex A8 and 1GB DDR3 Ram.
Turn it on and it just hangs and shows Android Logo for ever. Have tried coupl eof things to resolve such as use LiveSuit to flash new img.
I have downloaded both images from Artview Support Website and no joy opn either, tried another rom but still no luck each time just hangs and gets stuck on android logo.
I did however manage to get tablet to load up, and it worked fine but not sure if relaterd but went into settings and signed in with my gmail account and then just froze, turned off and then got stucvk again at android logo.
I have since tried reflashing but no joy. Tried the Advanced format setting on LiveSuit with rom from ArtView but nothing.
Any ideas what to do, rather than using LiveSuit rebooted tablet holding down VOL - and Power into Recovery Mode but when selecting flash from SD Card it doesnt show anything

[Q] tablet Manta mid712

I have a tablet manta mid712 (jellybean 4.1,Cortex-A9 Dual Core 1.2GHz,512ΜΒ RAM).Lately when i boot it,it stucks on the android logo and then it needs reset to work again. Then after 2,3 boots it happens again, and that happens all the time.I ve done reset and deleted all data, also from sd card (internal+external). Also i tried not to install anything after a reset and again it wasnt booting after i have closed it.I searched all around internet but cant find a solution.

AllWinner A33 not displaying after trying to get out of reboot loop

I managed to get out of the reboot loop (constantly showing the boot animation) by flashing the device using the A33 firmware + Phoenix flash utility from AllWinner website. I can see the download transfer of the image up to 100%... then completes successfully. Showing, 1 complete, 0 failed. However, it just ends up with a blank screen (with backlight on but no display image). I can hear the USB disconnect audio sound still on the device.
It seems like the device isn't powercycling (due to the battery); even though I've selected the checkbox for rebooting the device in the Phoenix flash utility.
I'm not sure how to force a powercycle. The battery wont let me. Does anyone know how to use the factory reset pinhole on the device? Can someone please tell me if I've completely ruined my tablet?
Thanks in advance for your help!

Q88 bricked itself

Hello,
I have a tablet that looks similar to Q88 A13. CPU is wm8801, OS - Android 4.1. So I had stopped using it and left it sit for like 1 year. Now I charged it and tried to turn on, but it wouldn't get past first logo(the one that appears first, not the os loading one) and would attempt to go into recovery itself, but then the android with exclamation mark would appear for a while and then device would reboot and so on and so on...
Then I triggered a hard reset with a button combo, but it didn't really help. Tablet stopped trying to go into recovery and simply kept getting stuck at logo.
I can't access recovery, and neither ADB nor fastboot is working. PC with win 7 reports it as unrecognized device and other PC with win xp doesn't even see that anything is connected to it.
I've tried unsoldering the battery, completely discharging tablet without it, soldered it back on, but didn't help.
Help?
bump
Try Livesuit 1.11.
I've used it to load several ROM's
I'm currently running FaaastJB v2.5 found at http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2447819

Lenovo TAB S8-50F won't boot, help!

I'm not a n00b, I've rooted every Android device I've ever had, and I have my OnePlus Two running the latest CM14.1 nightlies. But I can not figure out what to do for this poor tablet.
I had downloaded and installed an OTA from Lenovo, but it must have been corrupt because the tablet got stuck in a boot loop. I can boot into recovery, so I tried formatting it and clearing all the caches, then it goes to a screen with a loading bar, which fills completely and just sits there. I've left the thing on all night. Nothing.
Sending it to Lenovo is a no-go because I voided the warranty when I rooted it.
I've also tried reinstalling the stock firmware, but the Intel phone flash tool either get's blocked by Windows 10 (with no way to whitelist it) or fails to flash properly.

What I've tried:
Just plain booting it - screen turns on and doesn't do anything, just black
Rebooting through recovery (power + vol_up) - plays boot animation, goes to a screen with a loading bar like it does after an update, but once the bar fills, a white line appears at the top of the screen and nothing happens
Downloading the official KitKat firmware (http://forum.xda-developers.com/android/help/lenovo-tab-s8-50f-stock-firmware-rom-t2989791), unarchiving the rar file and rearchiving it into a .zip, putting it on a MicroSD card, putting the card in the tablet, flashing through recovery - can't find the .zip, says SD card is blank
Clearing caches and wiping data - same as when rebooting through recovery
Using the Intel phone flash tool through bootloader (power + vol_down) - tool can't find device
Using the same tool through fastboot (power + vol_up + vol_down) - gets to the sleep 4000 ms step, reboots the device, then the device goes to the same loading screen and the flash tool can't contact it. I think it's trying to boot into the OS to finish the flash, but that's the problem to begin with
I've tried loading the temporary CWM session but that fails
I can't for the life of me figure out what the @bailka011 Unlock Tool is supposed to do or how to use it, plus the download link isn't working.
Can someone please guide my through this? I'm so confused

This update was seven months ago. It did not claim to bring 6.0, just minor fixes.
Thank you for clearing that up, now I just have to figure out how to download and use it xD.
Also I have figured out how to enable the hidden administrator account in Win10 and use that to get around the security warning, still tries to boot partway through flashing. Unless there's some other part of Win10 that's disagreeing with it.

Lenovo Tab 3 7 Essential TB3-710F Bootloop

Hi.
I bought a Lenovo tab 3 7 Essential (TB3-710F, MediaTek MT8127 chipset) to use as a car computer.
First, I unlocked the bootloader using fastboot, which worked like a charm. I then downloaded the stock rom for the tablet and modified the "logo.bin" using logobuilder to get a desired splash screen. Before flashing the modified stock ROM, I tried to install a compatible version of twrp using fastboot. The installation succeeded, but the tablet only booted into stock recovery instead of twrp. Stupid as I was, I deleted the original "recovery.img" in the downloaded stock rom folder and replaced it with the twrp.img file renaming it to "recovery.img", convinced that this would fool the tablet to boot into twrp instead of stock. I then flashed the modified rom using sp flash tool. The process went through and as a result, the tablet didn't show any sign of life at all. Only a black screen. I assumed the tablet was hardbricked, so I tried to flash the unmodified, original stock rom again. This time the Lenovo splash screen showed up, but before proceeding to the boot animation, the tablet only ran into a bootloop, not going any further than the splash screen. I tried to boot into recovery to reset to factory settings, but all kinds of key combinations; Taking out the battery, re-inserting it, pressing power + Vol down + Vol Up, And also only vol up and down with power, neither seemed to work. For now, I have tried all the stock firmware I have found, but they all run into the same bootloop. I am really stuck for now, and I can't find a way to get past the bootloop or into recovery. Any help would be really appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

I eventually ended up buying a new tablet as I couldn't find any solution. I assume these "cheaper" mediatek devices aren't the most popular for such rooting purposes. Anyhow my problem was not with the rooting process, but rather trying to replace the splash screen boot logo. For rooting I used kingroot directly on the tablet. Had to run it a couple of times but it worked eventually. If you want to use a custom boot logo I recommend that you don't try to replace the splash screen logo, but rather the animation after, as this can be done directly on the tablet using a file manager. I just had to live with the first Lenovo logo and to be honest it didn't really bother me at all.
