I see a bunch of ZU's for sale but they are all either 6802 or 6883. I just ordered my 6806 yesterday. Will i have an easier time selling it down the road?

Yes. The C6806 is probably the easiest to sell, certainly in America. It has duel band LTE, so has the most options for LTE carrier support.
Does the c6806 have an unlocked bootloader does anybody know?

How do you unlock it. I am on .257 firmware hoping somebody releases root for it also. Thanks all for the help. All the threads I see here don't seem to be for US version which just came out.

Recently picked up a AT&T htc one off of Craigslist. The phone winded up being blacklisted (My fault for not checking first). Can I use it on tmobile? When I put a tmobile sim in, the unlock code prompt doesn't pop up so I'm assuming someone entered the wrong code too many times. If I run the stock RUU will it reset the counter? Even if I can unlock it will it work on tmobile? I htc dev unlocked it and im on the 1.44 HBOOT so I'd like to try to not update the bootloader so I can S-off. Any help is greatly appreciated.

From what I understand is that AT&T and T-Mobile share their DB for black listed devices so it won't work if that is true. You can give it a shot though.

Hi im currently trying to use this phone in a gsm carrier here in the Dominican Republic.
Of course is region locked when i turn it on with the sim card inside it says invalid SIM card, it doesn't even prompt for the unlock code or anything like it.
Is there a solution for this? I paid full price for this phone and i didn't knew about this thing.

This may work but I would guess no. .... http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2470551
You should have gotten a gsm variant

Sprint has to unlock the SIM first. The process takes 2 days for them to get back to you.

Hello Odinforce,
Is there any solution to use the Sprint note 3 (N900P) in your country? I would like to know any manual process to get it unlocked for GSM carrier, similar like the Verizon note 3 (N900V). If someone knows any information, please let us know. thanks

I tried inserting tmobile sim card, it is giving invalid sim message. And do not display or register to gsm network. Is it possible to flash sm-n900p with other sm-n900 variants?

i called them, they don't do it unless your account is active for at least 90 days. Do you think similar unlock method described here would work?

It doesn't have to be 90 days. I called the same day and did it. If the phone hasnt been active for 90 days they call you back in 48 hours and ask you security questions. Once you hang up the rep will email you the ulock instructions.

How to unlock gsm/wcdma for my country?
Hi All,
I’ve visited the TWRP Official site and looked for the download and the Device is not found when I do a search for the S5 Is there an official release for the S5?

There isn't one yet for the s5. Go to the international development forums and flash the one there. It works great. Would post the link bit on mobile right now and it is kind of a pain in the butt.

One more quick side note.
Does backup and restore work in it?
Want to make sure I can save the flly stock - rooted rom before I start tinkering with things again.
Yea, it seems like everything works perfectly. Have not had any issues at all. Kind of wondering though why twrp hasn't released it officially yet for the s5 since it seems to work perfectly. They already released an official version for the HTC one m8.

I had a Note 3 that I paid outright for. when you cancel with AT&T you just need to pay off the balance on your phone with the next program.

Also T-Mobile will buy that AT&T phone from you I do beleive if you don't want to keep it so you probably wont have to pay anything out of pocket, I know t-mobile pays to get you out of a contract, I don't know if that would cover the balance of a next plan?
Thankyou for the reply. Very much appreciated.
