Helpppppppp, I wonder if you can change accessibility services (Settings-> General-> Accessibility-> Services) since Settings.apk that brings the rom comes with that option disabled. thanks
Whenever I try to use apps on a device that use the accessibility section of my phone, Whenever I turn on the feature, it always seems to turn on the action to voice output. I just installed PushBullet and when I turned it on in Accessibility, when swiping my homescreens, the accessibility voice turns on and says "page _ of _" Please help me fix this bug. It's soooo annoying.
There is no official fix for that... Only thing you can do is go to Application manager, swype to all apps page and find and disable Google Text to speech and Samsung TTS
I use the app Ultimate Rotation Control to force apps in landscape mode.
This app requires Accessibility Service to be enabled but every time I turn the screen off this is disabled again.
What could be the cause of this?
Accessibility Service is also enabled for Nova Launcher and this stays enabled.

Huawei rom closes any app which is not protected(see settings>protected apps) when screen is turned off. Whenever a app is closed, its accessibility setting is disabled again.
Try setting protection for URC on.
PS: every time you boot device, you may have to set accessibility on again. Not sure about this though.
Thanks, that worked!
Hello, i'm a rootless user with a secure lockscreen (with fingerprint) and Greenify donate.
Due to my setup i only use manual hibernation.
Any particular reason why i'm forced to enable accessibility service for auto-hibernation since i don't use it?
I've noticed i can avoid to give full usage stats, a snack bar pops with a warning but can still manual hibernate, however without the accessibility service enabled the snack bar keeps popping and won't allow me to manual hibernate.
Two scenarios then:
First is where accessibility service is needed for other stuff beside auto-hibernation, so please make it clear.
Second is where actually accessibility service isn't needed for manual hibernation so please give us the chance to disable it and still use manual hibernation.
Thanks!
I have some apps that need accessibility service (Vivid gestures YAAB brightness manager Volumeslider etc) and though it is set some apps keep asking for accessibility to be set.
Anyone any idea how to handle this?
