Zip files are ROM-specific, just download appropriate zip for your ROM and flash it from recovery (CWM, TWRP for Omni)

I've not tried yet, extract TaskManager.apk from flashable zip and push it in system/app then apply rw-r-r permission and reboot. You can't use SystemUI.apk modded because is only for CM10.1, wait for CM10.2 version.

After a lot of tests I found how I can make dedicated buttor for 4.3+ ROMs too, in next days I'll update this thread with flashable zips for CM10.2/CM11/AOKP4.2/AOKP4.3/ChameleonOS4.3/Omni/SlimBean and LiquidSmooth, remember that they are ROM-specific

Why is this ROM "taking CyanogenMod to the next level?
CyanogenMod does not want to include many customizations like they did in cm7
But why not? We want to customize our phones!
This ROM adds more options and cherries to CyanogenMod, cherry picked from the CM gerrit, Google gerrit, AOKP gerrit, SGT7, TeamEOS, TeamBAKED, Slim ROM, root - box and ParanoidAndroid
Basically this is one big mixture of all the great ROMs out here!

The ROM has not been build with linaro 4.7 toolchain but it is build with the google 4.7 GCC it got the same improvements but it is more stable IMO
also the usual improvements are in the rom that are there in linaro builds like O3, ISOC++11 and strict-aliasing
about the kernel it is just the one from CyanogenMod

EDIT: the rom is working...its smooth fast and very customizable...there is a wallpaper glitch that in tablet ui..when you scroll through pages on at home screen the wallpaper moves up and when you press the home key it flickers and moves back down....Also i was unable to find the dual panel toggle...

I got installation aborted while trying to install this ROM. is there anyway to fix this??
it got assert failed: getprop....
this is occured with all ROM zip except CM11. After flashing CM11, i cannot back to CM10.2 anymore. Installing will only make error status 7.

As you may know there is already two themes for cm10.1+ on play store... (my deepest apologies, if somehow I'm being harsh with your work...)

download the file again, and if it still said error, apply system theme, reboot, then apply the theme. It should work.

What about theme support?
This is one of those First World Problems moments where I'm satisfied with my current ROM, but want to try this...
Honestly with kitkat all we need is a beastly stable AOSP - DOESN'T MATTER - Base ROM. Xposed replaced the AOSP craze.. Now we're left with the MIUI etc to theme toast msg and system inter - no wait xposed has modules for that too. Never mind.

Theme support too,found in interface settings. Restoring my apps atm and then cleaning the rest out, cannot say how stable or something else atm, to early, but pretty ROM

This rom only works with ss 3.6.5 and it is based off of CM 11 and AOSP.From what I heard on our cousin device The Bionic JBX kernel does not work good with this ROM and that it is more stable with its default kernel, just saying.

EDIT: are the gapps built in? Are PA's the recommended?
EDIT: and also does it use Code Aurora or AOSP kernel?

Gapps were built in, well in the one i flash yesterday.
But being XDA they should be removed.
Flash re-boot, if no welcome screen. reboot flash gapps
Its a AOSP kernel if i read correctly.

you can fight through the fc dialogs and click your way through. it's doable
