Protection error - Sprint Samsung Galaxy Note 3

All of a sudden I started getting some type.of an application protection error that is tied to the Knox Notification app. I tried removing to some of the recent apps that I installed but that didn't work. I ended up wiping the unit. Today this problem started again. There was an option on the error message to postpone the messages for 30 days which seems odd. Any ideas?

Time doesn't update

For some reason, the time in the notification bar does not update unless I go into the lock screen and come back. Anyone else have this problem? Anything I can do to fix this?

I had to wipe cache. Then it worked. I kept trying to set alarms but they would never go off. Then I notice that the clock wouldn't change unless I unlocked screen.

How do I clear cache... Im not rooted. This really drives me crazy and has made me late a couple of times already. Clock doesn't change until I turn the screen off.

I don't believe this is a Note 2 problem. I noticed today and on numerous occasions in the past 6 months my Thunderbolt has been doing this as well. It'll get stuck at a certain hour and won't update until after I start messing with the phone again.
It might be a network problem my boyfriends iPhone time gets stuck sometimes he's on Verizon if that helps?

Thank you but never mind I'm retarded needed to simply restart it working fine now.

I cleared cache which obviously made me restart the phone and now it's working fine. That was weird. l hope it doesn't happen again.

Long press on the notification and force stop clear data...work for me been 48 hours with no notification.

Thanks...That was annoying as hell!
There are several threads about this. Clearing data should work until you restart the phone then it will pop up again once you try to connect to wifi. If your phone is rooted you can either freeze or remove knox which will stop the notification permanently.

That only works till next reboot. Fix coming from Sprint. When you see message click and hit don't show for 30 days. Hopefully the fix will he by then.

No client error message

I'm running into this "no client" error message. Does anyone know what this error can be linked to? I've uninstalled several apps but the message still displays.

You didn't give enough information. Are you receiving the error when your doing something in general. All you told us is that your receiving an error but we don't know what you doing to receive the error.
Looks like your running from site to site and not actually going to be a member and help others. Appears you got banned on another site for spam this same thread.
It's happening randomly. Can't pinpoint it. Don't know what this crap is about being banned, just trying to figure out what this error could be linked to. And I posted on multiple forums to get better results with answers. Hopefully someone who has experienced this before.

Also I've removed several apps but doesn't help. Is there a site that lists what android errors mean? Even if I had a general idea of what is causing this error, I could narrow it down. And I'm using the HTC DNA Android 4.1.

I assume you are running stock. Boot into hboot and tell us the first 6 lines. This will help us tremendously. To get into hboot, hold power button down. Your capacitive buttons will blink for 5 or so seconds. A pop up should appear telling you your phone will hard reboot. Once the screen goes blank, keep holding power button and also hold down volume down button. You should be booting into a white screen with information about your phone at the top right. Give us the first 6 lines.

Thanks for all your replys. After uninstalling several apps, the error has gone away. Phone is not rooted. Since I didn't pay close attention to what app I installed I can't be 100 percent sure which one was causing it. I had an app on there called signal checker that gives data and signal strength which I think was the one causing the problem.

Disable the Verizon support app.
Verizon Support & Protection (com.asurion.android.verizon.vms) is the app you want to freeze/uninstall to eliminate that notification. I uninstalled it using TiB with no adverse effects for the past few months.
