[Q] Need help for Xolo Q800 - Android Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hi all,
I am using Xolo Q800 from last 2-3 months. few days ago i root my device and install custom rom. Before instal custom rom i have taken backup from TWRP from Nandroid apk as well as Titanium backup data. But i dont like custom rom i revert back to stock rom but i have not taken any backup from TWRP mode. so i download Stock rom from internet but some i found sometime my phone restarting i am afraid about the phone. my phone is still in warranty now i full unrot the device using super su.
On the other side i have another phone Xolo Q800 but i install the some apk in it. So is that possible to take a TWRP backup in TWRP mode and install in my device. So i can get back my warranty. It work on my device. So is there any hardware problem i can send device to service centre.
I am very much thankful to you to help me in that case.
Thank you

1st: Root your fone. Recommend using z4root
2nd: Create custom recovery here http://androidforums.com/getitnowma...ry-optimus-one-p500-thunderg.html#post1896517
3rd: Enter Custom recovery menu and choose backup.

[Q] [HELP] Backup and Restore

So guys I am a newbie, and I am recently searching the internet for the best suitable rooting process for My phone (Symphony W70 - Bangladesh).
And I found many of them, but the problem is I want to back up my original (Stock) ROM, in-case if anything goes wrong or some defect in the cell.
So these are my questions:
1. How to make a backup of my phone's full Stock ROM, Might need if something goes wrong with the device
2. And How to Restore back to the Stock ROM that I created.
I will be really glad if someone help me pls.
Install the Clockworkmod (CWM) recovery in you phone.. then you have the option to take the backup from there.. So if anything goes wrong, you can boot into CWM and install your backup..
1&2. You can't.
Unless you can download a compatible software (your original stock Rom ) leaked by your company (symphony )
After rooting(if you succeed )you may full backup of your rooted Rom with cwm recovery.

[Q] Coolpad 8720L custom recovery

Hi All,
Recently, I bought a Coolpad 8720L smartphone in China.
This is a TD-LTE phone with Android 4.3 installed.
This phone comes without Gapps.
I successfully rooted the phone with the Chiense version of VRoot (through PC connection), but I am unable to find a custom recovery for it, in order to install Gapps from SD card.
CWM and TWRP do not support this device yet.
This is a very popular phone in China, it is sold through China Mobile offices as their standard 4G phone.
Does anyone know where to find a custom recovery?
Thanks for your help!

I need a custom or stock rom for my mt6572 phone. (Viwa Max)

I was trying to install a custom rom on my phone . I made a backup of my system using the phones recovery mode. After that i tried installing the rom, but i was told that i can only install the rom with clock work Mode (CWM) installed on my device. So i installed the CWM and went ahead to install the rom. As it turned out the rom was not compartible with my phone so the phone started bool looping (freezing at manufacture logo). Sensing danger i went back to restore my old operating system using the backup i made earleir only to realize that i couldnt install it. That was because i made the made the backup using the recovery mode of the stock rom and as such CWM could use that backup. Now am stuck with a soft bricked phone.
I have a few choices.
1. Get CWM out of the phone and use the recovery mode of the stock rom to restore my system.
2. Install a compartible custom rom on my phone and take off from there.
Can anyone help me out with a way that i can get back to the recovery mode of my stock rom or better still how to remove clock work mode from the phone.
Or alternatively a custom rom that will work with my phone. Am using a mediatek device and after searching for some time i have realised that there are very few roms out there that actually work with mediatek devices. If anyone can suggest one for me, i would be very grateful.
PHONE:
Mediatek 6572
Viwa max running on android 4.2.2
I have tried flashing back the stock recovery using a scater file and Sp flash tools, but it stucks at download section for a long time without starting. If i could get a working custom Rom i would be very happy. Thanks in advance.
