Hi, sorry for my english, im argentinian ,
for do that, (edit the pen windows and multi-windows), i use 2 apps.
one of them is "Pen windows manager" and you can download it from Play Store,
and the other is "MW Apps Manager", it works only with framework, and for that reason is necesary to have framework.
xda have a tutorial, and explain better how to use!

Okay I saw request s for this and until we get some custom ROMs and mods this app will work for rooted users
The app is not by me I just found it and tested and it works fine.
Step 1
Install app
Step 2
Open app give root permission
Step 3
Add the apps you want don't go mad however as adding all can give issues.
Step 4
Reboot
Step 5
Open multi window click edit and drag apps to MW bar

If you have xposed already installed you can simply search for knock code.
It worked!!
Worked neatly on note 2 with DN3 v5+ ROM.
It's NOT LG knock code. Don't mislead people!

it can be used on stock rom as well ,but the s5 widget will be 4:3 .the note 4 is fine
