Or is there a way I can get d default font (I think its ST 15)??? n u can tell me how n where 2 install?
Your phone stores its fonts in the folder fonts which you can find in the system folder of your phone storage (not your sd card). You need a file manager capable of root to access that folder. You need to backup that folder before you make any changes.
Are you using stock ROM or have you flashed a custom one?
You need to download a custom ROM and follow the instruction i gave you in my previous post.
Can't make it any simpler. If you can't follow this simple instruction, then you probably shouldn't have rooted to begin with!

Like I said b4 I av a File Manager (Explorer) by Rhythm Software, capable of root to access the folder (system > fonts) n it has 16 fonts in there.
No I m not using stock ROM n havent flashed a custom one yet.
What I av done is Rooted (SuperOneClick from xda), Installed CWM (from xda) n made a 2nd Partition with MiniTool Partition Wizard Home Edition.
So U r saying that I av 2 find a custom ROM, unzip it and copy the contents of > system > fonts to the respective directory on my phone. Fonts will appear after reboot.?

If you haven't flashed a custom ROM, then you are using stock. Stock is the ROM a phone has when you buy it (or an official update)!

1. Sir, you have to search a little on your own! This forum has plenty of custom ROMs.
2. You don't need a procedure because you won't install the ROM, just copy its fonts. It's a simple copy-paste operation and I have already told you where you can find the fonts folder.
3. For this kind of operation, I recommend that you use X-plore File Manager that can copy files directly from within a zip archive without the need to extract it first.
4. If you want to thank someone around here, you don't say it, you press the button!

In this post i wanna tell u guys how to change ur fonts.. I get these font from app called custom android font switcher (free from market),but because if u wanna change ur font using this app,u must have a connection so i gonna tell u the easiest way, without connection..
REQUIREMENT:
1.ROOT
2.TERMINAL EMULATOR
CHANGING UR SYSTEM FONT MAY HARM UR DEVICE SO DO WITH UR OWN RISK.
here it goes:
1.download fonts.zip (attach) and extract it..move it content to ur root of ur
sdcard.
2.the zip content is fonts1 folder,fonts folder and fonts.sh..in fonts1 folder
contain hundreds of ttf/font file..copy any font u want(only one) and paste it
in fonts folder..but because it dont have a preview so u dont know how ur
font u choose look like..
3.open terminal emulator and type:
su
cd sdcard
sh fonts.sh
done,ur phone will reboot so dont panic.. ur older font backed up as
droidsans.ttf.bak on ur root of sdcard.

I just finished cooking a ROM, but when I touch the messaging app shortcut it says the App isnt installed. Meanwhile if I go and open it up from applications menu it opens up without a problem.
I would like the rom to install without this problem. I think it could be that the shortcut is pointing somewhere else and not to the actual application location.
Any advice on this?
Thanks in advance.

No need to set any permissions if u install from CWM
Earlier I posted only Mms.apk, for that u have to push it into system/apps and set required permissions, I thought that was a bit difficult for some people to follow, that's why I made this CWM installable zip which pretty much every one can install
the only thing missing from this application is the "delivery report"

Hi Friends,
This is a little Tutorial about changing app icons permanently. There was a lot of applications available in Playstore like “ icon changer free” etc etc to change the app icons. But the problem is that u cant use that changed apps in ur app drawer. U can only use that in ur home screen as a shortcut.
So I just decided to put a little tutorial to do that easily. I know everybody will know this already. But it will help for someone I am sure….
Credit goes to my friend dewanshu93 for teaching me this by personally
Credit Why So Serious? For the Icons
(And Sorry For My Bad English)
Tools Needed:-
(a) One PC
(b) 7 zip
(c) Some good icons
STEPS:-
1) Get some cool icons from here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2207136 and save it ur PC. Give him big thanks for the work.
Edit:- If u need some cool Galaxy S4 icons means go here: - http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2216289 Please give thanks for his work..
2) Put the apps u want to change the icons to a Folder in ur PC. For example SemcAlbum, Phonebook, Browser etc
3) Here I am taking the Phonebook app for Example..
4) Right Click the Phonebook apk -> Open With -> 7zip File Manager. Then U will get a box contained some files like the attached Image 1
5) Then double click on the res folder and u get another box like attached Image 2
6) Find the folder named “ drawable-xhdpi “ and open it. U will get This Image 3
7) And most important thing is u need to find the original icon and its name of the phonebook.apk or whatever apk u take …
8) For that an easy way is create a new folder in ur PC’s Desktop and select all the images from the box ( Image 3 ) then drag it to the that new folder in the desktop.
9)Then open that folder then search for original the apk icon. Look in to Image 4
10) In my case the name of the Phonebook.apk’s icon is “ic_launcher_contacts “. So just note down the icon name and then open the folder that contains the icons that u downloaded. Image 5
11) And choose which icon u need and select it. Then rename it to the exact name of the original apk icon. ( For example ic_launcher_contacts )
12) After that just drag that renamed icon to res/drawable-xhdpi. It will ask for over right. Press Ok or Yes. Do the same process for res/drawable-hdpi and drawable-mdpi. Means drag the icon to these folders too. That’s it. Copy the apk to ur phone and move it to the System/app with correct permission…
Check the lastly Attached Two images for ur refference .
U can do it with almost all the apks. But I cant guarantee that it will work with all apks. Some System apks did not worked for me…
And also u can take icos from other apks too..
And this is my first work in XDA. Any mistake is there means I am sorry…
Thanks....

Actually u will not get automatic backup when u downloading any apps from playstore. For that u need any backup apps. Ultimate backup will done the job. Install ultimate backup from playstore first. Open it go to settings and check the box allow automatic backup some thing like that. Then download the apps u need from playstore. It will automatically backuped in ur internel storage. Hello Guys!
I am back with my new and great boot-animation for our only Xperia SP!
This is a great and amazing boot-animation
With the logo of Xperia SP a pure white essence just beautify's the phone's look with the X Box logo
It's just amazing
I have attached 3 screenshots which I guess are more than enough for you!
Rest you need to see when you try
This is an aroma flashable file so just boot into recovery and install this amazing boot animation
Some special feautres
* It has sound which intensifies the amazing experience of this boot animation
* It is in potrait mode i.e. You have it in vertical screen
* It is a flashable file. No need to carry all the manual setting like copying, setting permission bla bla. Just download, reboot in recovery, install and enjoy
Q:- I am just loving it, want to try NOW! But how to install it with keeping my current (or original) bootanimation safe!
You just need to go to root of your phone via root explorer the migrate to "/system/media/" there you will find your current or stock bootanimation.zip file. Just copy it and save it to someplace safe.
Then reboot into recovery and install my bootanimation!
Warning : No bricked devices should be blamed at me! Install at your own risk. Recommendation is to always keep a nandroid backup ready!

Though it is purely SAFE! But in-case you know if any mishap happens.
Please hit thanks for this great bootanimation..!
Here is the download link : https://app.box.com/s/quf3wpea5b54vcivdcv0
Request : Every work I do I need resources and currently I am working on various projects along with this bootanimation projects like building a beautiful and super sexy and fast ROM (4.4.4) with all the options to edit your own ROM as you wish from customizing battery icon to it's system tray and everything without any third party software! I am creating manual themes that would be provided with the ROM. Me alone as a developer it takes pretty much time and resources to build them eg I had my phone hard bricked just for trying my first bootanimation I made and I lost all my data in case of recovering it and it costed a lot of money too as Sony Service Center had to repair it. Please consider a small donation to me as it would help me to get my resources as I try every project before I release and ensure that you don't feel any bugs and it will also encourage me to develop more projects for future. If you have problem in donating then wait for sometime as my PayPal doesn't opens for all but do try at a later time. Thanks in advance
hey brother, could you make it for T2 ultra?

Was about to port an xbox boot animation and wham you beat me to it. Amazing work but the only problem I see with the boot animation is that xperia sp image. The font just doesnt suit the xperia sp design. Change the typography and ill be using this everyday

Btw you should add the instruction to change the downloaded zip to bootanimation.zip and chnage its permissions
That Xperia SP screen is original.
And it's flashable zip so need to set permission or anything

Do you have any custom ROM for your device?
If yes then open it and you'll find the first folder named as meta-inf
