A brand new ROM, still in early stages, completely rebuilded in Android 4.3 and again for KitKat 4.4.

ROM has its very own style, looks and features including natively ffmpeg and Dolby sound decoding support. This is rom completely different from any other Android rom currently available.

Installation instructions:
- Go into recovery
- When coming from another rom do a full wipe
- Format /system
- Flash the rom
- Reboot
- Enjoy TripNDroid on the HTC One
Major changes for 017:
- TNDCamera v2
added MCE, Lens Shading settings, added new capture modes (zoe, contizoe, contiburst, contiburst-one-shot, updated interface, added more video resolutions
- Updated Dialer looks and text color fix
Major changes for Kennedy 004
- New camera drivers
- New and greatly improved kernel

The complete tutorial how to build a TripNDroid rom
On ubuntu from the command line execute the following:

Replace 8 with the number of CPU's in youre system

First impression - Fast and zippy
However, Location is broken ... cannot get a fix at all, not even AGPS ... on Maps also keeps saying "Waiting for Location..."

Runs nice so far. As mentioned before, location is broken can't get a GPS fix. Anyone been able to activate ART? Doesn't work for me. Phone stuck in the boot animation

+1 on the No GPS.
Also I tried the odex PAGapps and when I switched to ART, never went past bootanination.

CWM works too. Use the latest one. I flashed with CWM no issues
