[Q] MTK6577 fail to load ROM

Hi All,
I have a clone Samsung Galaxy Note II N7102,
That's chip MTK 6577, but I can't load the rom on it.
The error message is firmware & chip set not match.
Anyone know what is the problem?
The reason it is likely producing that error message is because Galaxy Note II ROMs aren't compatible with your phone. The Galaxy Note II uses a Exynos based chipset while your clone Galaxy Note II uses a MTK6577 chipset. As a result you need a ROM specifically meant for your clone Galaxy Note II.

(Question) Can be ported MEGA 2 5.1.1 Lollipop to S3 I9300 ??

The Galaxy Mega 2 has an Exynos 4415 1,4 GHz and the Galaxy S3 has an Exynos 4412 1,4 GHz. They have the same gpu and the cpu is very similiar. Thank you for your response.
I am reffered to Touchwiz Lollipop.
It is not so easy, there are different files lib and if ported the ROM should have several bugs.

Samsung Galaxy S3 - which one is mine?

Hello everybody
I've got an S3 that I bought online (second hand).
What I want to do is to know what one it is (I guess t999 or i747), but there are some weird things:
- The boot screen shows Samsung Galaxy GT I9300
- The OS is Android JB4.1.1
- The model number in the phone specs is GT-I9300
- CPU-z says:
processor ARMv7 rev4
Device model GT-I9300 (d2vl)
Board: MSM8960
Bootloader: T999UVDMD5
RAM: 1594Mb
Build ID: I9300ZSEMC1
- CPU Identifier says:
CPU type: Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 MSM8960 x2
Smarphone type: Samsung I9300 Galaxy S III
RAM memory module: 2Gb DDR (usable 1594Mb)
GPU type: Adreno (TM) 225
- otherwise, the device seems to allow 4G connexion (not tested, no LTE nearby); it is proposed in the menu
- people from XDA told me I9300 cannot be i-747 or t999
In advance thank you

As you can see in the bootloader, you have a T-Mobile S3, the SGH-T999 i believe. And they have modded it to show i9300, so i dont recommend you flashing something from this forum, go to the forum for the T999.
Thank you!
