[HELP] Cannot enter usb host mode

Hello everyone,
after a failed attempt to replace my Custom rom with a RUU rom (BIG MISTAKE - flashing procedure stopped at 5% with ERROR [294] : INVALID VENDOR), the phone stuck at the bootloader screen (and I think that this is normaI) but there is no way to enter the usb host mode (by holding camera + volume down + power) in order to re-install HSPL (gold card) and flash a Custom rom again. Seems like the Usb mode has been locked in some way. Is it normal?
Phone buttons are working (I tried to enter usb host mode before starting flashing attempt and I did it).
Here's some information from the bootloader screen:

I really don't know what to do... is there a way to have my phone working again?
Thank you
Solved by myself. This forum section is dead.

Recovery mode for broken screen AND maybe beokwn home button

Hi,
I'm trying to take control of my galaxy s3 which has a broken screen. I saw a windows tool for it, but I need ADB enabled, which was not enabled on this one. So I'm trying to go in recovery mode and follow some instructions I've seen to enable adb. Sadly, it looks like my home button is also broken (I can't go in recovery mode, or the problem maybe that adb.exe does not list it at all). So few questions :
1) When a pure new stock galaxy s3, when the first screen appears after booting up, does the home button triggers some vibrations? (If no, I'll be sure it's broken)
2) Is there any way to directly flash my S3 with a custom firmware that have adb enabled by default in its properties, without going through recovery mode?
Thanks in advance!

Yes. Theoretically You can flash a custom firmware with odin or heimdall in download mode. Make sure your new rom has enabled adb and debugging and then you can use "adb reboot recovery" and add or remove packages.
BUT, unless you can cook you own room with that enabled, i dont think you will find a room adb and debug enabled by default.
Alternative:
Flash the param zone. After it flashes it will boot into recovery mode. Or try flashing CSC file (just the cache is enough) which does the same.
Edit:
I assumed u know how to go into download (fastboot) mode even though u cant boot into recovery mode. For fastboot is easier, u can google for many tricks. From there u use odin to use Alternative above.

GT-i8552 recovery mode shows nothing but android with triangle laying on the ground.

Hello! i have GT-I8552 which has locked because of too many pattern attempt. It doesn't boot into recovery mode. The recovery mode shows only android with triangle laying on the ground. Also when i try fastboot, it freezes. Its usb debug is not activated and there is no network access and wifi access. What can i do now when there is no recovery mode no, no fastboot , no usb debug, no network access...i really need your help. Thank you XDA.
boot your device into download mode and flash official firmware, it will solve your problem, then you can again root your device anytime you want.

Secure Download Mode & Recovery by password?

Is it possible to secure the download mode or recovery by password?
Problem: My phone has been stolen, but it is locked.
Now if the thief knows how to flash another ROM by Recovery or ODIN the locked mode on the phone is useless.
Best Regards
