I've noticed that whenever O1 plays a sound, or when i'm calling someone theres a little very little but audible noise on the speaker, like hiss... Is this normal??
I have a stock Froyo rom, unrooted, everything stock.....
thnx in advance..
there is already a topic on this.
I also have LG Optimus One P500 phone and it also makes the anoying background hiss noise all the time. I searched 2 days for a solution but I don't think there is any. Even with headphones the buzzing noise is still there so is not the speaker.
I hope this is only a software problem not hardware and can be easily fixed, ASAP!
If you find a fix please don't forget to share with us.
I think that's just stereo crosstalk.

It's a known bug on earlier system versions...
Just update the firmware to latest version.
Bye
Same problem with speaker noise, but it is big noise, not little.
It is audible when calling someone, playing music, games, even dtmf of phone number keys.
There is last (I think) official firmware 2.2.1 on my P500.
Is there any way to fix this problem without updating FW to unofficial 2.3.*?
I've tried to find solution with google, but no results.
Looks like it is problem with amplifier. Is there any way to control it?
(Sorry for bad English)
Hey guys,
I'm having the same problem with my LG Phoenix (No idea where else to post this, and since the Phoenix is a variant of the Optimus One..). I've looked all over the internet for a solution and found nothing, it's driving me nuts.
Supposedly the v10c update fixes it but I already am on v10c.
I'm seriously hoping someone out there has found a fix for this issue, as it stands the hissing noise is almost as loud as the music I'm playing
It's a LG Phoenix P505R from Rogers Canada.
I think it will go away with the sound fix applied by Lekhwani.
I appreciate the help, but is there any way to fix this without custom ROMs? As far as I know the P505R doesn't have any custom ROMS for it.
Hey xda family,
Recently we have a cm9 rom in our development. But having problems with the phone volume not working properly. I understand we don't have a kernel yet for ics 4.0.4 as its not released yet,so this may be the factor. I've tried everything for volume increase but doesn't help the in call volume. Plus speaker phone during calls seems to to be directed to the ear piece rather then the rear speaker. Does anyone have any input on a fix? Or know how to redirect the path for volume for speaker phone? I have search all over and need some help from some one that understand development better then I ....thank you
usb on the
usb on the go not working in galexy note n-7000... Sorry for my bed english....
Hello, I have searched all over the forums but I can't seem to find an answer.
I have a Xperia X10 mini and I'm having problems with very low volume in my front speaker (earpiece, the one use to make calls). I'm 99% certain it's a hardware problem, not a software bug in a custom rom (however I'm using the latest miniCM7).
I want to know which replacement part I need to fix this. I mean, is it possible to buy the front earpiece or does this come with the LCD or something. Also, does anyone know a trustworthy place to buy this?
Hmmm.. Try to go any near shop that they can repair phones. Maybe that should help you.
Hello my friends, I have a problem with my droid dna, the in call volume is too low in handset speaker, but if turned on the loud speaker it seems that it is normal..... I am on NOS ROM using a global GSM SIM card, I hope to get some help here...... Please confirme whether it is software or hardware issue, and howbto resolve it.....
Any help will be much appreciated
I am running same ROM and have same problem. Trying different settings on phone, but didnt change anything. I started to think that its a rom issue.
Same thing for me on both Sense and AOSP ROMS
So maybe it is the internal ear speaker????
guys no now anything about this problem????? please help!!!!!
I have an LG G Pro 2(D838) and always get an distubring problem when trying different custom roms like Lineage.
I cant use any custom rom because of the problems I get with the microphone in calls, the microphone takes in everything(sound) around me and the people I talk with hear themselves.
If I scratch my fingers on the backside of the phone I hear it very well in the call speaker, it is like it is an extra microphone on the backside of the phone.
Can it be something with the noise reduction in LG original firmware/kernel that custom roms dosnt have?
I really need help with this, because it is a frustration to still use the stock Lollipop.
Maybe there are apps or mods that can fix this?
Please help me.
