There is no call recorder as voice recording hardware is not compatible for recording call in Galaxy 3
I do it with Ultimate Voice Recorder, but only works with speakerphone turned on...

this is NOT the problem.....
its a software problem..
samsung must have (and usualy does) disable this feature for legal perposes
as some countries have issues with this!
the hardware can route the sound anyware it just needs a little kernel tweak!
once the devs have less on their hands we can ask them to impliment this feature
I agree with unreal...coz these,call recorder only not work on samsung phones...except galaxy s..

Hello guys, I just wanted to ask if there is any news about this issue? Maybe there is already a certain ROM developed which supports call recording
hi all.. is there in the future would be an update about video call not over data like skype and so on? just like before i change to CM, i mean on stock rom, i can make video calls, but after on CM 10.2. there is no option to make video calls on mobile operators. have to use data like skype to make a video call. my wife used to video call me and tried to video call me(not on data), she can contact me and i cannot accept it because there is no option to do that? please make video call available on CM..please..TQ
There isn't a video call function on AOSP android, that's why cm doesn't have it too. As for your request... If it was possible, i think they would have already done that, but we will see

I don't think it's possible... I'm still trying to find solutions for cm 10.2 (android 4.3). The easiest way is to flash stock roms. I just tried Omega v24, but reverted back to cm because i don't like in any way the stock rom look. The call recording on Omega works great though.
In your place i would forget call recording on CM/AOKP roms.
I wasn't able to find absolutely any solution for call recording on any CM/AOKP based roms above 4.1.2 (even though i read somewhere around here that call recording is possible for 4.2.2 roms).
If you find any solutions please inform me, maybe it will help me as well.

Try any thirs party app and see if that works.

I forgot to specify something. If you want LINE recording, then i don't think that is possible. MIC recording on the other hand is a different story. Most call recording apps in the play store support MIC recording (not sure about CM 11, but CM 10.2 works), but again, low chances for LINE recording support. Hopefully you will find something that suits your needs.
try acr call recorder. I think it worked on paranoid android rom. the quality will not be very good but it will be better than the microphonE recording.

Boldbeast Call Recorder works, it records calls perfectly in two sides on Samsung Galaxy S2 GT-I9100 Cyanogenmod Android 4.4.4 CM11.

Boldbeast records in good quality but it fails to record automatically. I am using OmniRom, otherwise manual recording works fine. Another app is ACR (round red icon with white telephone). It records two way but the other side's voice is too weak

The free version of Boldbeast Recorder don't have the "auto record calls" feature. The Pro version has this feature.

It has a trial preview available in the free version which says that it records only 30 seconds. I had activated this but it didn't work automatically.

Can you please click the "Call Settings - Fix Recording Issues - Ask New Parameters" item in Boldbeast Recorder to send hardware log files to me? let us have a look at them and see what happened.

There is a bug in your Galaxy Note GT-N7000 phone - when a call comes sometimes the ROM doesn't notify the recorder correctly, as several other phones like HTC One E8, Galaxy 7102 etc,
We changed our app and it now can bypass this bug, I have sent the new version V7.2 (beta) to you by email, please install it and test again.

Is anyone using any Calling Tablet IN INDIA which has any Call Recording App working perfectly in it ? (Recording both parties sound clearly).
If yes, then pls. reply with the tablet make (Any Brand with just this feature working perfectly) and the android version too whether it is Stock or Rooted..

im on aex 4.3 .dev told me that video call is already supported .my question is yesterday my friend call me through video but i was unable to see him as it was on voice call mode. he called me through jio. even i also try to call him back im unable to found video call option on my contacts .any one help me plz whats going on why im unable to video call him through jio.whatsappp video call working perfectly

You have to enable 4g for that. Video needs 4g not wifi.
