My friend has a problem with his HTC ONE X+ ,its stuck on HTC logo , that's all information that i have :
ENRC2_U PVT ship S-On RL
hboot 1.72.0000
radio 3.1204.17133
CID : HTC__Y13
Bootloader UNLOCKED ,
NO recovery
I dont know which version of android he had ...
I have fastboot only without a recovery , how to solve this please ? sorry for my english its my 3rd language.:angel:

flash the recovery from fastboot.....
copy a custom ROM to the phone either using adb sideload or adb push and flash it
do flash the kernel too after flashing the ROM from fastboot......
can you please give me links to download , am afraid to do something wrong

U can get the latest recovery here http://techerrata.com/browse/twrp2/enrc2b
U can search and choose any custom ROM ........depending on what u need AOSP or SENSE

Look in the rom.zip inside the ruu. Theres a text file will all compatible CID's...

Boot into bootloader and check Hboot version and radio code ..
Anyway u can try the ruu if it's not for your device sure it will give you error message
Don't forget to re-lock bootloader u can't go with UN-locked one

The radio version does not matter, as long as you don't have a newer bootloader version .....

so you have 1.40
There is no RUU available for 1.40. Use adb sideload to copy a custom ROM, flash the ROM from TWRP, flash the kernel from adb and enjoy...
There are lots of threads describing the processes - go ahead and explore...

try rumrunner but didnt work i think it doesnt work on international htc max

if the rom you have on phone is stock 4.3 then the boot.img i provided is from my stock 4.3 rom and will flash via fastboot.

You need to give more info so people can try to help you.
1. You can go to bootloader, what hboot no. is written there.
2. What is your software version no. before you flash stock ROM that you mentioned.
3. Is the recovery correct for your hboot (so you need to check no.1 )

ok i got back on stock but the worst part is that the phone is lagging a lot and is working very slow ,and if the screen goes off then there is now way to unlock it except to pull the battery and restart it ...is this a hardware problem??? or can i fix it ...thanks ..and plz help...
