My Xperia x10 boots, but get's stuck at the Xperia logo...then just sits there until the battery dies. It doesn't charge once it gets to this point apparently. I can get to recovery, but that's it. I cannot get this into Flash Mode. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have a xperia u ,runs on stock ics.
Today I did reset my phone through settings. after reset phone got started but after operating few seconds it got shut down automatically. then I restarted it but it got stuck on sony logo and thereafter experia logo. It goes into infinite boot loop.
I tried to get into the recovery mode but when I press on volume up down button nothing happens. Even after boot the led is not glowing at all.
How do I get it recovered?
Inputs from forum members willbe highly appreciated.

Rooted? installed cwm? Try flashing stock firmware.
Phone is not rooted ,haven't installed cwm either.
Phone runs on stock ics since it purchased.
Help needed !! Xperia U "DEAD"
Is there anyone who can help me with my xperia u ? My device got dead when i flashed CM11. After flashing i won't turn on. At first it wasn't starting up (not even the sony logo but only vibrated) but i was able to get into fastboot mode & flashmode. As it was not starting up, i left it for charging for few hours. But after that it became hard brick. Now i can't even get into flashmode or fastboot mode, it wont even vibrate !!
PS: Charging led seems to be working F9 !!

Recently I tried to flash my Xperia P with CM 12 .. First time, I did it correctly, but unfortunately, I forgot to clear cache while flashing. So, I got some issue.. When I tried to flash it again after clearing the cache and all, but it didn't see the battery percentage and it was very low, so it came out of the installation in the middle... Now, when I switch on, it gets struck in the Sony logo screen and not entering into recovery mode also (I 've got CWM recovery).. Pls help...

Please help bricked my phone with twrps fix permission(selinux enabled)
i cant boot it now, it shows me sony logo then shuts off 1.25 seconds later!
i can make it go into fastboot and flashmode but in flash mode it leaves and enters
it 2 times every minute.

help i just flash a twrp in my Qtab V100 but it keeps on rebooting, again and again, it only stops when battery is completely drained or if its rebooting for too long, i cant go to recovery mode, if i charge it, it begins to reboot again and again. ;( .PLEASE HELP ME GUYS :crying:
