Ported from @MohammadAG Tinted-Statusbar-Mod
a special thanks to him!
Xposed for gingerbread here
Requires Xposed Framework!
Inspired by iOS 6/7 and the latest Android 4.4 leaks (whether true or not), implemented in Paranoid Android, and now, an Xposed module.
This mod allows you to set select status bar and status bar icon colours depending on the current shown activity.

Source Code:
https://github.com/sak-venom1997/Xposed-Tinted-Status-Bar/tree/gingerbread
Known issues:
After rebooting the device, the module will be delayed for about 1-2 minutes. This is a limitation in sendOrderedBroadcast for Android applications.
Blue icons stay blue. Need to figure this one out.
Auto pick colors does not work .
Contribute to this!
I can't add default colours for all the apps that aren't auto detected. You can contribute to a list of colours that look great on the app.
The quickest way to get the colours is to take a screenshot of the app and use an app like "Color Picker" from the store and using that to get the colour.
Feel free to ask devs to add support for this!
Get and add your colours here: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/...EE&usp=sharing
Google Drive doesn't support transparency, so if you want to make a cell coloured, remove the first "ff"s, colours should be in the format "RRGGBB". My mod takes "AARRGGBB" too though.
Thanks to:
MohammadAG for orignal mod
rovo89 for the Xposed Framework.
liudongmiao for porting xposed to gingerbread
Nottach for his module's source code, it helped with the icon colours.
rovo89 and Tungstwenty, I borrowed some of the UI code from App Settings.
Niek Haarman for his ListViewAnimations library.
Lars Werkman for Holo Color PIcker.
GermainZ for his suggestion on how to determine default icon colour.
GriffinSauce for the icon.
Developers!
Here's the API, you can easily support this by using this class in your project: https://github.com/MohammadAG/Xpose...madag/colouredstatusbar/StatusBarTintApi.java
Thank u! i'll add it to my index & test it! :good:

Very nice, thanks! When you're ready for a new challenge, it'd be super-cool to have some of the XUIMod tweaks available, too. In particular, the "Symmetric" Battery Bar, where it collapses evenly into the middle instead of down to the left.

Have you seen a Muffin..?
Here are some themes that have been converted from flash-able zips into Xposed modules to increase device compatability.
I'll add more as i get time and feel free to request any modules to be created.
These will not work if you use android version 4.4, a CM ROM with a theme engine theme or a screen density other than the dpi's listed below.
The module targets the package "com.android.systemui" (SystemUI.apk). Every single theme engine theme has a different package name which i cannot encompass.
The modules contain images to support both portarit and landscape mode and the following screen densities-
mdpi
hdpi
xhdpi
All the modules have the same package name in order to overwrite any previously installed NavBar module, eliminating any possible conflicts between packages(apk's).
Depending on your ROM or if you use any other Xposed modules you may not see any results. I'm trying to fix this, sorry.

Im guessing your probably using a cm theme that has a higher priority than the module so the theme is over riding it.

What ROM? and are you using any themes?
Regarding the requests, im going to put them hold until i figure out how to set them with a high priority. If i don't figure it out by the weekend ill put them up anyway.

Now I'm using KtK rom 0.2.3, without any theme (I only use Gravity Box module).
Hey dully79, is it possible to rearrange the order of the soft keys? On my Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0 plus the back soft key is on the right and I would love to change it to the left. Any thoughts?
Presenting kitkat theme for aosp with fully working lidroid toggles.Aosp is not now simple it just got new look.
This is my first aosp mod hope you all like it.
I have contributed my whole day towards it so i think i must deserve a thanks.
I have modded @marcussmith2626 statusbar to look like kitkat,
So he also deserves a thanks.

sorry - I tested it again - turns out my status bar requires percys kernel (I was using another kernel which so happened to be able to boot aosp so I didnt bother changing it)
Iv tested it - flashlght cause force close - you need to add the lines for flashlight in the manifest and resign the apk
I did that just modifying some files

im not sure if this will work as I dont know what changes you have made but if you want the volume sliders under the toggles you can try putting within the linear layout for the toggles
<include layout="@layout/quickpanel_quick_settings_space" />
(as long as you include the ids and so on if you have changed it from mine)
And you can include the colour changer app as I think you havent edited the tracking or the line in status_bar.xml
Actually i have completed my work
Test it

I have tested it
flashlight now works
you cant scroll up fully to the bottom row of toggles
Im not sure why you have changed the status bar background to a transparent png - If it was based on mine, mine included the colour changer app where you could set the colour and transparency of the status bar to what you like
everything else seems to work fine including the reboot to recovery option

XBSC allows you to change the color of your Battery Stats Graph in Settings>Battery .
You can either write a hex color in text field or choose from the color picker.
You can change the transparency through the slider or manually by typing hex code for transparency in the first text field, and click on the Tick button to preview your changes.
If you want to apply them, click on the Apply button.
Battery Mode
XBSC allows you to change Battery Stats colors according to Battery Level (Now works on ICS+ too)
Choose colors for different battery levels by color picker and click Apply to change to your preference.
You can also click undo button to revert to original colors.

Because my friend @srt99 with Nexus 5 can use it without any problem. Just Battery Mode isn't working.

It should change the color irrespective of Android version.
As you can see in Screenshots, the Battery Chart has changed color.
