Walikum Assalam, Sorry for late hope u find way coz, I M replying after long time, Or IF Not follow the instructions for Root and CWM Recovery from given link, then after that you can able to flash custom rom from CWM Recovery. But Please First make backup of all.

Meri Jaan mein ne hi bana kr di hai use Yaqeen nahi hota to chk need ROM aur phir bhi nahi hota toh Next Version 3.12.20 mere pass hai

If u want to extract for ur purpose then use EXT4 Unpacker to extract it. Otherwise for me If u have Exact Indian Firmware then upload boot.img and system.img on google drive after zip it or rar it then share me google drive link.

Let me try this and come back to you with the boot.img & system.img
BTW I am on MAC and I am assuming that EXT4 will work on windows only. I will take some time to load windows on Vmware on MAC
