http://www.modaco.com/topic/362152-unlocking-bootloader-oficially-with-the-code-of-huawei/
here a link how to unlock boot loader just found it over the net and it works
you need unlocking codes just visit huawei website or see it on other threads here about huawei codes
Install CWM
I just installes CWM and it works. You need to have rooted your phone and make sure you have the bootloader unlocked.
The cwm image comes from: http://www.android-hilfe.de/root-cu...stom-recovery-cwm-v6-0-4-9-dual-recovery.html
Its both in an asian language and in english
I used these steps to install the recovery image
1 - Open recovery archive and copy recovery.img to internal sdcard.
2 - Install terminal emulator from playstore.
3 - open terminal emulator and type the following commands... "su" press enter, in the next line "dd if=/sdcard/recovery.img of=/dev/block/mmcblk0p13" press enter, next line "reboot recovery" press enter
The steps come from https://www.facebook.com/HuaweiG525/posts/238595956335305
It worked for me and with this recovery you would be able to install custom roms, I just installed CM11. I am not responsible if you brick your phone.
You can find ClockWorkMod 6.0.5.1 at needrom.com. It works very good.

The link was extremely slow from my side, but some patience (took about half an hour) and I got the unlock code online. From there follow their instructions (install drivers, fastboot etc.) and voila!

Im trying to get the unlock code from the same website but an error pops up "Please make sure the verification code and model number are correct. If your device has multiple IMEIs or MEIDs, please try another IMEI or MEID."
Can u tell me what u entered as model(G525 or G525-U00) and what IMEI u entered (IMEI1 or IMEI2)?
Thanks!
Hi, mine was G525-U00 if I recall correctly. I can't remember which IMEI worked though, I think #1, but it was a struggle..
Never got any of the ROMS to work properly on that one though. Got tired of it's lagging and problems. Now on Lumia Win10. Not looking back so far.

Ok, so 1st:
- Root the phone!
Currently ZergRush method by DoomLord is the simplest way to do it.
NOTE: If you have newer firmware(4.0.2.A.0.62 or 4.0.2.A.0.69), check tutorial 3 first to downgrade your firmware.
Download the attached file from here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=18805532 , extract it to a folder using any .zip manager, for example 7-Zip.
Connect Phone to USB.
Execute "RUNME.bat" from the extracted folder.
Follow the instructions in the window.
The phone will be rebooted, after reboot you will have Superuser app and your phone is rooted!
Don't forget to thank DoomLord on the original link in the credits
Click to collapse
- You have to unlock your bootloader.
Go to http://unlockbootloader.sonymobile.com.
Enter service menu, open keypad and enter *#*#7378423#*#*.
Service Info - Configuration, Bootloader Unlock Allowed: Yes/No. If it says Yes, continue. If it says No, do not continue, because it will not work.
On the website, click "Start Unlocking the bootloader".
In the text, there are instructions, what you need to do. Also there are drivers that are needed for this process. Follow the instructions.
Install the drivers, then click Continue.
Enter your IMEI, name and e-mail. Leave out the last number from the IMEI.
You get a code, leave the website open, you will need this code.
Turn off your phone, then connect USB cable to your PC, hold down Volume UP button and connect USB cable to your phone. Blue LED should light up.
You will be asked for drivers. Point to the usb_driver folder where you placed the android_winusb.inf-file, and select the Android Boot loader Interface-file.
Open command prompt, first enter this
Code:
cd C:\...\android-sdk\platform-tools
Replace C with the correct drive letter and ... with the path to the android-sdk folder. Next, enter this command
Code:
fastboot.exe -i 0x0fce oem unlock 0xKEY
Replace KEY with the key that you got from the website.
Bootloader is now unlocked.
Click to collapse
- Now install the Custom ROM:
Requirements: Unlocked bootloader, ROM .zip file downloaded.
Nothing difficult here.
Place the downloaded .zip file to the root of your SDcard.
Install the custom kernel, explained in previous tutorial.
Enter Recovery(while booting, when screen gets brighter, press Volume Down button until phone enters Recovery).
Make factory reset, wipe cache partition and clear Dalvik Cache(under Advanced).
NB! Do NOT make format /system, because some ROMs require files from system folder and installation will not finish if files are not available. Then you have to install stock ROM again.
Choose install zip from sdcard, pick the downloaded .zip file on your SDcard.
Wait for it to finish and reboot your phone.

[DEV]TWRP RECOVERY FOR LG D315 F70
Warning : This operation involves risk. XDA community or me can not be held responsible for any problems
Hi everyone!
Well, Since this smartphone is somewhat forgotten in the Android community, I decided to work on it ! I unlocked the fastboot and ported TWRP Recovery for the LG F70 ! It works on the D315, for others I really don't know ... But since I did the porting myself it must be considered as an alpha version x ') The only problem is I had to use a theme for TWRP, because the default theme was too big for this phone :/ Well you might say, it is nice like that ! The themer is "z31s1g". Anyway. If some people want to test and give feedback, this is here
First, make sure your phone is rooted (you can do it with towelroot) and make sure you have the Android SDK installed, and the LG drivers.
Download my attachment and extract it on your computer.
Right now you have to activate fastboot, fastboot is hidden behind the download mode, so backup your download mode :
Code:
adb shell
su
dd if=/dev/block/platform/msm_sdcc.1/by-name/laf of=/sdcard/laf.img.
And now set zero the download mode with this command, then reboot :
Code:
dd if=/dev/zero of=/dev/block/platform/msm_sdcc.1/by-name/laf
adb reboot
Now you have replaced the download mode by fastboot. Let's start fastboot, to do so, you have to turn off your phone, hold Vol+ button and plug in the USB cable.
On the console, do this command to check if phone is connected and detected.
Code:
fastboot devices
There should be a random sequence of numbers, and "fastboot" displayed.
So now we will proceed to flash the recovery with this command :
Code:
fastboot flash recovery c:\PathToTheRecoveryImage\recovery.img
Then reboot with this command :
Code:
fastboot reboot
Done ! This is my first tutorial in english... I'm a 17 years old french user, excuse me if my english is bad x)
************************************************************************************
UPDATE HERE, BOOTLOADER UNLOCKED AND NEW RECOVERY
************************************************************************************
Thanks in advance if someone want to test it and post a feedback, I will make a little list of what's working / not working (I already tested it, I didn't see nothing right now Enjoy !

I think I'll try your guide too... after root
Thanks in advance
Yes, you can use Towelroot, but for the recovery, remember it's only a first test, and I don't know if the bootloader is locked... but the recovery seems to work
good. towelroot works well and I have no problem since now. do you think I could install gravity box in this phone with stock rom? how can I unroot this phone? thanks in advance
It was not able to enter the Fastboot
Hi. I thank you TWRP who porting. I have not imagined and think you made using the TWRP in the F70 model. However Execution has not been in the loading screen of the download mode it is not possible that you have used the dd if = / dev / zero of = ~~ command as described in your article, but to enter the fastboot.
How can I do? I use F370s model.
I'm sorry. I use google translations...

I've used this tool (this tool has a tutorial on its page). After flashing you have to root again.
Duble check to be sure that you have lg d315 model and downloaded lg d315 firmware!
This is the model of my phone. It didnt say it is d315. But i read it its the same only it is the korean version. See attached image. Should i go continue flash?and what is the consequence if i use different rom for my phone?

There is no guarantee for a successful firmware flash.
What if flashing failed? Can i revert back?

If flashing failed you will have to disassemble a bootloader and to correct security checks inside.
So, It's possible but VERY hard.
Hi all ! I just worked on this phone night and day x)
I just unlocked the bootloader, and made a CWM port (I personnally prefer CWM x) ) And i'm working to make a port of Cyanogenmod 11, but i'm only 17 y-o and... Well, that's too hard for me x) I've compiled it, with bin blobs, and other stuff, all the config files, etc, but it's not working YET x) (If anyone want to help me I can share my project...) Well :
/!\ For Recovery to work, you MUST unlock the bootloader by this method, this is very simple (Thanks to Zaaap72) /!\
CWM 6.0.5.0 : CWM 6.0.5.0.img
Method to unlock bootloader (not by me) : http://forum.xda-developers.com/g2-mini/development/bootloader-unlock-t2827748
The G2 Mini (D620) Has the same architecture as the F70, I mean Qualcomm msm8226, Snapdragon400, Same amount of ram, etc, BUT, not the same screen... And I'm trying to adapt the cutom kernel, and sources of D620 CM11 for my F70 x) Again, If anyone can/want help me
(Remember that the recoveries I made are in beta-test, this is my first try, and I will update them in the future, If you find any bugs, tell me, or modify the .img by yourself with AIK and upload the image for me Thanks !)
Have a nice day guys
KuroHaki, what version of device (D315/F370), device region and firmware (v10a/b/c...) bootloader did you use to unlock? Zaaap72's unlock method is very risky and unstable solution. The best solution is on 4pda, Anyway you're done!
You can try to make a recovery image with LG-L70 recovery binary and F70 kernel. It may work, I've made like that before with MTK devices.
I have a v10b D315, and I used the 4-bytes method, on aboot and abootb, it awesomely worked I played with chance on this, and it worked x) If anyone want to test it on another firmware/model of F70... And for the Image, I don't need recovery, I need a Kernel that can boot Cyanogenmod, because the LG sources make my phone bootloop on the LG first logo... I tried with Zaaap port of Quarx sources, with no success... Kernel compilation is very hard for me, I had many errors with Drivers on Quarx source, I changed the files with errors with files from LG source, and It compiled, but not worked... I don't understand why... Well, if anyone have a solution for this kernel... x)
I am the owner LG F70 phones and watches this topic for a long time but did not move anything, whether it was by the opportunity to do any ROM for this device ?
Wow! Thanks for this Recovery!!!! Was looking a while for twrp on the F70! :good:
I did flash the recovery successfully with the method in the OP. However, when I reboot to recovery (adb reboot recovery) it failed to boot TWRP - a screen showed 'secure boot error' then there were was a dump screen with lots of drives mounted to my linux pc.
This is likely because I didn't unlock the boot loader right? However, the method provided to unlock looks a bit too risky - especially since I dont have a recovery to restore if the stuff break the system. Anyway, thanks for this!
@up
I don't think so the unlock bootloader it's dangerous. I have done files aboot and abootb so i can send you.
Russian LG bootloader guru Andrew-New from 4pda has made a patched bootloader for lg d315 from v10b aboot.bin as I've requested him.
If I flash TWRP using this method:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/red...-to-flash-twrp-recovery-unlock-t3473294/page1
Will I be able to normally flash CM/MIUI roms without unlocking bootloader. My bootloader was never unlocked btw.
I dont care about OTA update, I never dirty flash. Always clean
@malimukk

Of course you can do that, just read the second post of OP.

Do you have an unlocked bootloader? You need to check in fastboot mode, by typing in fastboot oem device-info
you may have to boot straight to recovery, or the recovery image may get overwritten
my bootloader is locked.i think above method is for locked bootloader.right.i pressed power+volume up right after flashing(after disconnecting cable),phone showed mi logo and then after 5-6 seconds its showing to connect cable again. also when i use miflash tool to unlock bootloader.its not showing advanced menu in miflash tool.any solutionfor that too.my desktop is windows 7 32 bit os.do i need a 64 bit os to get all options in miflash tool.pls any solution.

I can't write you a detailed step-by-step guide because my English is not so perfect, but: you need to install the Global/Chinese Developer rom. Must be Developer rom, but you can choose which of them (Chinese or Global).
I made it with Global Developer, so I can confirm that this method perfectly works.
Luck!

thank you so much it worked perfectly.and i hope installing xposed framework wont be a problem in the future.
The root programs either don't work or are run by
extremely shady companies like KingoRoot. If I ask something here, no one answer or I get incomplete answers.
There's contradictory information everywhere, like I heard I need root to be able to install a custom recovery.
And I heard I need to install the custom recovery to be able to root. Wtf?
Even the guys who create the programs like Clockworkmod provide no info, where is clockwork recovery?
Why is it conspicuously missing from the creator's website? Why does TWRP also provide no info on their website?
Is this some conspiracy to keep rooting out of the reach of anyone but the android elite?
I have seriously never seen such a frustrating mess in my entire career in IT of over 20 years.
Because the software rooting method is find security hole on device an exploit it. But Google has strengthened the security that was first put in place in Lollipop, essentially making it unfeasible to launch the su daemon with the required permissions just by modifying the /system partition. So only Systemless Root method will work on Marshmallow or above.
For how to root Marshmallow device, I suggest you to take a look at SuperSU forum.
Hope this help you

If you have a device with unlocked bootloader, then rooting it is easy.
First what you need to prepare:
1. A PC that have adb and fastboot installed
2. A custom recovery that match your device (TWRP Recovery for example)
3.. Enable the Usb Debugging on your device
How to:
1. Connect your PC and device with cable
2. Open cmd and enter this command:
Code:
adb reboot bootloader
3.Once your device boots into bootloader mode, enter this command:
Code:
fastboot flash recovery \Path-where-you-stored-the-twrp-file\twrp.img
4. Once TWRP is successfully flashed on your device, run the following command:
Code:
fastboot reboot
After that, you can boot into twrp recovery and install the SuperSU zip file to root the device.
Thats it, the usual way to root an android device. But if your device brand is Samsung, you have to flash recovery throught odin.
Hope this solve your problem.

(Note: I converted my cell phone from Chinese to Indian version Following the steps in the following link:
https://forum.xda-developers.com/t/...gion-and-root-update-twrp-2022-02-21.4381727/)
Now I show you the steps so you can do it:
Put your phone on fastboot mode
Opened CMD then:
1: Fastboot boot twrp.img (TWRP-3.6.0_V2.img)
2: adb devices(optional)
3: adb shell
4 command: dd if=/dev/block/bootdevice/by-name/boot_b of=/sdcard/boot.img
Close CMD and reopen again, Then:
adb pull /sdcard/boot.img ( this command take boot.img out, in the storage phone)
Reboot the phone, and install the las magisk apk (normal)
Then you go to install, and chosse the option "Select and patch a File" and select the boot.img
Then take this file in to your pc, you fine this file in download (Example name: magisk_patched-25200_abGrv)
Then, the open CMD and put your phone in fastboot mode
Then, Use this command
fastboot boot boot.img (The boot.img you flash)
Open magisk and press install and "Direct install (Recommended)"
Wait and reboot
Enjoy
This method is safe because you don't flash the boot.img, you boot it and if it doesn't work you just have to force shut down and the phone would remain as if nothing was done.
If, you have this version Export_11_c.20, i give you the boot.img patch, you just do the step number 7 onwards

Bugs:
Ram Expansion dont work after this metod
Hello friend, greetings!
I see you posted a thread on XDA about installing magisk safely.
could you clear some doubts for me?
I have a realme GT 5g CN version, and I want to change it to indian version because of the multi languages and google services.
I unlocked the bootloader and installed the rom but the updates stop at version IN C.17. I tried to install magisk through a tutorial with the wrong file, the phone was in loop, corrected with the help of a friend here at XDA, and I returned to the CN version for fear of more problems.
But the CN rom is bothering me because it delays notifications.
I intend to install the Indian rom and follow your tutorial to use magisk.
I could make a video with a step-by-step explanation of this procedure, it will be very interesting to help other members.

Is this safe? I was reading a lot of posts and people keep saying they bricked their phones. I have a recently updated realme GT but it's China ROM so I want to switch to something else.
