OP - I would suggest you use DevDB feature. It is very easy navigate using this feature. Not all device fourms have this feature enabled. So why not make use if what is already available?

Hi guys,
Today I have successfully port Miui to our A116. Now it's Miui official closed beta version.
so I have asked Miui team to release this rom public. Once they approved I will release.

I am see lot of bug fix for Launcher in official change log, but i dont feel all are fixed.
better use different launcher.
I will try to get OTA every week.
Bugs or limitations :
1, camera not working properly( fixed).
2,first sim only internet enabled
3,you cannot simply change 3g to 2g ( we can change thr engineer mode )
4,GPS working ,but take some time (fixed)
5,Little bit lagging here and there
6,you can't set default sim for dialing and SMS, you have to select each time.(but it will automatically take after 10 sec , which sim u used last time)
Overall we can use almost all features

U won'tneed permission from miui if it's a port, only if uve built the Rom using patchrom method you need permission..

Update: after some hours spend (copy & paste so files), now camera also working..
My review updated in OP
I am still waiting for MIUI Official approval, may be I will release Aug 1 (my this month broadband quota completed).
If anyone want to test before that..you can find ROM bbs.ydss.cn and n828 phone .you have to port to our phone (its completely your own risk )

Need a permission, because I ported from closed beta version. Even miui not yet released to public, that's why

I ported from lenovo s820 , I am not sure about Kumar abhishek.
I never know he released the ROM and big thanks to him.

Hey friends, this is basically my first rom for micromax a116.
I hope you like it. This is basically stock rom ported to our beloved a116.
The rom is ported by mixture of @yuweng & @rishabh.raj37 method.
A huge thanks to them. I was facing a lot of errors while porting this rom that included a no of bugs,
but thanks to my fellow xda members for helping me fixed this bugs.I did a lot of trial and error method for fixing the bugs. The main bugs left were audio and camera not working,So just asked my fellow friends for it and they helped me. Credits goes to them(mentioned in the 3rd post).

2]Go to cwm/twrp recovery.
3]Wipe data/cache
4]Wipe dalvik cache
5]Flash Skdv1 rom

Warning: I advise you to use android stock camera instead of micromax camera,
as it force closing.wipe cache and fix permision if you want to use it.

the rom looks good
UI is pretty clean apart from the chinese fonts.
pretty smooth to use.
Well i restored my backup form CARBON 2.2.+ and it just didnt accept it its force closing it everything and then just going into bootloop..!!
Provide a patch for this.
Otherwise the rom is pretty nice i liked it. Some thing different than rest of the roms..!!

@cmahahendra : when we pull put notification panel from top with two finger.there is battery icon we see in the stock rom also. So when we click on it it just force closes. Nothing major issue.

This ROM is built based on aosp n then ported to our device,the minimal ROM is a themed aosp rom,it's more based on stock celkon ROM n themed to get an aosp look

Thanx @rajneeshk for fulfilling my demand. Downloaded and flashed the ROM. Overall its awesome and very smooth. I just found one small bug that when we switch to panorama mode, the camera force closes. I hope that you will fix this bug in the near future with a update. Congrats on your first ROM. I wish that you make more and more great ROMs for our beloved device in the future.

I am currently on MIUI rom and there are some features I love about MIUI: Its overall GUI; Auto call recorder; RAM booster; Device cleaner; Easy availability of themes.
But the first thing that attracts about this ROM is the looks. Can I have auto call recording, better sound, better GPS locking,etc here on this ROM as well?

Bro all is working fine Once Use it then U love it
there are some Chinese language in apps so u can leave as it or may delete.
just a suggestion bro
download is a bit slow for this. is there a possibility you can upload it to google drive? that would be very fast for everyone to download..!

I am pretty sure everything that is there on the ROM is working fine and really appreciate your efforts.
But my question is regarding availability of features like automatic call recording, RAM cleaner, antivirus etc on the ROM itself as downloading these out of the box is a bit cumbersome and may not produce desirable results as well.

Bro I just wanna say that Don't compare this with miui, both are different Rom's, you can get many Lenovo Rom's here in XDA but Vibe is this & it's the only Vibe available as of now...
instead of keep questioning about Rom without using it is not really good thing, which is now a common thing here in XDA... If u like it download it & use it & then share your reviews...
Manoj Bro... First Port is blast & I know you very well & sure that lot more to come in coming days...keep it coming like this...

Best rom ever
I find THIS rom one of the besti used on a116. No ui error . no lockscreen sound delay .. no 3g switch error... no no no bugs like other samsung roms... Thanks alot for this rom. only thing i want in this rom is when we long press the wifi icon in notification pannel no wifi settings pop up comes out. we need to go to seetings then wifi then setup the new wifi network.. hope to see this function fix in next update....

and one thing i have to mention that i am maharashtrian but i saw Magdheera in Telugu version few years ago with English subtitles
with my few Kannada friends
i dont understand telugu even 1%
but still i loved that movie and work of Ram charan, i becme fan of ram charan from that day,
