Anyone know if the UAG is perfectly Usable without the front part ? as I have a glass protector so the fronts not a problem.
If not, any suggestions?
There is no front part to the UAG Note 3 case. It does ship with a complimentary plastic protector, but use of that protector is purely optional.
I use a cheap ebay tempered glass protector with the UAG and it works great.
It's a one piece case. But no, you won't have any problems. I have an iloome tempered glass (.4mm) and have zero issues with it

I've done with defenders on 4 different phones, not on the G3, but just try to find a screen protector that only covers the screen and not the bezels to make it easier.

Maybe not the answer you're looking for, but I'm using an iCarez 0.2mm tempered glass screen protector (9H hardness) with a Cruizerlite BugDroid TPU case without issue. Screen protector and care do not interfere with one another despite the screen protector extending to the edges of the glass.

I'm guessing you'd recommend a 0.2mm over the 0.3mm
Even with just a 0.2mm iCarez in place sometimes I get missed touches, particularly while playing Ingress and towards the top of the screen. The 0.4mm glass Verizon sells has been reported to cause real bad touchscreen issues. I think the 0.3 ones are fine, but since 0.2mm is available and just as protective, why not go for the thinner one ?

I want to buy screen protectors (for both front and back panel). Which is better plastic or tempered glass? What experiences have you got with them? And what manufacturers do you recommend? I want a screen protector that hasn't got large cuts around the camera, just a circle for the camera and another for the flash, and on the front also just a circle for the camera and another for the sensors.
I have the this Glass-M tempered protector. Both friend and back. Haven't had any issues with it for the last one year. The main advantage is that this is slim enough to work with the magnetic dock.

Yeah, it looks good but it's really expensive for a screen protector. You bought it at this price?

Tempered Glass is better for protection than film screen protectors.
Checkout Pthink

or Nillkin 9H tempered glass.

It's just for the front and not for the back. I want screen protectors for both front and back.

If u are using a case, i recommed you the Nillkin 9H tempered glass. Come with the regular plastic for protecting the back and the camera lens. Why? If u are a case user, i dont think tempered glass back will fit ur case.
Honestly, they're all the same, I burnt through the lot of them, Nilkin, Pthink, Hero. They're all the same, I see no difference in quality and durability. I think the Pthink was most resistant to fingerprints, but not by much

I don't use a case so, I don't like them
I prefer pthink and it does fit the tpu case that I use at work.

I prefer matte/anti-glare screen protectors. Main reason, on glass and glossy plastic surfaces, after using for a while (15-20 minutes), my fingers start to "stick" to the glass. Not really stick, per se, but they don't glide as easily and I have to switch to a different finger. With a matte protector, I never have this issue. Also, they help cut down on reflections. There are draw backs of course. It makes the screen hard to see outdoors (but I rarely use my phone outdoors) and it does reduce brightness a little (but I don't really go over 30% or so when indoors anyway). And they do introduce a touch of graininess.
The best ones I have found are iLLumiShield and Anker. Though the Anker is the best I have used, it is not available on the Z2. I have tried many other matte films, but they all introduce too much graininess. And some affect touch response.
Here is the illumishield for the Z2. http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00IK46CTG/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o04_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
This is the anker (not for the Z2 though) http://www.amazon.com/Protector-Hig...836544&sr=1-1&keywords=anker+matte+anti-glare
Mocolo
Personally i use Mocolo Screen Protectors, it's really amazing, premium quality, very clear, rounded edges, very smooth, anti scratch
i used it with my previous Z Ultra and now with my Z2 and i'm very pleased with this screen protector

I am not satisfied... Front have stretch and no cutout for camera... And back can't fit, it's longer than phone panel... So lost money.

i bought the same tempered glass, no problem at all.
The camera has it's own cut and the back fits as it should..ask for a refund or a resend..
I have the Tudia ultra slim lite case on my LG G3 and really like it a lot. However, it doesn't work very well with my current Pleson tempered glass screen protector because the Tudia's edge's extend over the Pleson's edges, and it can catch on the glass and lift it up. I'm already going to need to replace the Pleson because dirt has gotten under one of its edges.
So, is anyone using a Tudia with a tempered glass screen protector that fits? If so, which one are you using?
Good Evening to everyone.
The question is as per the title: do you use tempered glass or protective film?
I was using tempered Glass, but it had glue just on the edges and was uncompatible with my Huawei silicon case.
So i've bought some LZ Protective film, and now i can use my cover without problems, but the filmlooks very very slim.
What do you use?
in case you use Tempered Glass, what model canyou suggest that is also compatible with cover?
Im using tpu screen protector.
Glass or UV glued glass does not really look nice or stick because of curves
been using UV cured glue tempered glass since I got my Mate20P.

Thanks to both of you.
What worries me of Tempered Glass is that it will leave part of the curved edge uncovered.
Does it deoes the same with your phone?
Also, is a full glue version?

DOes the UV glass interfere with the touch experience in the edges?
