Is there something different about this rom than the one in the developer section? I am not familiar with Scott's roms and I am running stock MJ7 deodexed. Just wondering if it is worth the switch.
Thanks for the heads up.

I am guessing the while all of the excess bloat will be removed the Samsung pen functionality will be left behind?

Wow, I remember when he first announced it and every promised release was met with some tragic reason it did not work. Had that phone for a good while and eventually just assumed it was BS, there was even a huge amount of drama over it. I am glad he made good on his word
Isn't he the guy who said he had MIUI working on the Rezound months before Chad worked out AOSP? Then put up pictures on april fools day. Then proceeded to never release it?

Because I have had four phones he has said to have working builds with working data for then he magically has some surprise issue that comes up and he can't or won't release it.
That has been my dealings with him. Your mileage with a dev may vary. There are a few developers on here I think are childish and con artists but there are a lot of people who don't agree and a lot of people who do agree with me.
Just depends on I guess when or where you met the dev.

It may be as simple as downloading the package, pulling the apks and side loading the apps. Nothing there I really care about though.
A lot of the features will need framework support. This is a leaked "official" Samsung ROM...unless a dev wants to take the time to try to port some of the new stuff, we probably won't see them until the international version gets updated to 4.2.2.

Your signature says you are using the SCH-I605. SPOILER ALERT: you don't have an international phone. But as soon as the update drops for the international version, devs will be working hard to incorporate in their roms.

I find that to be highly unlikely. There is going to be a ****load of optimization that will go into updating everything to 4.3 for our phones, while I know the AOSP Devs are fast as hell I don't think even they are that fast.

That's what scares me lol. It has a 3300mah stock battery and it has pogo pins on the back so you can connect a flip case they sell that has a 1200mah battery built in. So 4500mah is pretty good but it doesn't beat the piece of mind of having a few charged batteries ready to go.
