Hello guys, "unfortunately" I installed Windows 8.1 on my laptop last week and now the OS doesn't recognize my Mini Pro in fastboot mode anymore. I followed 2/3 guides found here in xda but I've got no solution. Anyone can help me please? :crying:
Or, If there aren't still the drivers, can you help me to run fastboot on ubuntu?

Hey I installed windows 8 customer preview the other day and I'm trying to figure out how to get adb to work on it. I'm still trying different methods but if anyone else has gotten it working, please let new know. Thanks!
EDIT: Let me just say I finally got it fixed up! Since I had installed Windows 8 CP x64, I had to google for the HTC drivers in 64 bit. Eventually I had to update the device driver in "Device Manager" on my PC and locate the drivers on my hard drive for the 64 bit, that finally got it set up, and now I can flash as I did before on Win7
If anyone else has any issues, I'll be sure to type out a better guide to help!

Thanks for the tip - got fastboot working on Windows 8 64 bit by disabling the 'Driver Signature Enforcement' at bootup, then force-installing the Samsung ADB driver with my phone connected and in fastboot mode.
Even though my phone is a Sony Arc, the Samsung ADB driver still works, and I've just used fastboot to flash my phone from Windows 8
so i read out all the ways on how to get my fastboot working in windows 8 but none of them is working for me it gives me a error that my device is corrupt help me out

Hello,i am trying to install livesuit 1.09 on my windows 8 computer x64 with no success.
It errors failed to install driver? After asking install root enumerated driver..click ok but says "add device fail"

Can anyone help me regarding the htc drivers for windows 8 x64 please? Currently on win7 but the speed difference is making me want to go back to windows 8. However I couldn't get the drivers to work. Does anyone have any drivers that work or know a way of getting windows 8 to recognize my phone please?

get the sync manager for windows 8 It worked for me.
Try this
http://binary100100.googlecode.com/files/HTCDriver3.0.0.007.exe
if this does not work, then install htc sync. it will automatically install correct drivers for the os.
Hi Greetings to everyone, I'm new to the forum.
I have a Lenovo S750 which I would like install a new ROM but can not get it to recognize the usb port. MTK drivers are not recognized nor on windows XP and even on 7.

hi guys ,i got the same problem,at step 1-f from installation instruction from http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2538724 my pc didn't recognized my phone(s750). I solve the problem like this i plug the phone while he is switch on,my pc recognized the phnoe true usb port,after this i take out battery and then i press Firmware - Upgrade. I hope y'll fix your problem.
