Just a quick one does any one know if we will get the note 3 air command ported to the 7105,just wondering seeing as the 7100 all ready has it.

There are two rom with note 3 feature in at&t.
You can use their rom as long as you flash n7105 modem n kernel.
I prefer using skynote as it has most of note 3 feature but less at&t bloat.
I have the 4.3 rooted stock for 7105 can i put those roms on my phone ????

No, you can't flash Note 2 N700 ROM's. Only at&t ROM's. I tryied Sky Note with devil kernel. Work very well

how u activate the air command?
don't use the function when you detach spen to open air command. make sure it stay to none.
just use the air command option on air view and click on the spen button to activate air command.

If I pull the pen out and then I press the button on the pen, it rebooted the phone. I did use air command option in spen. I will change it to none see it it work without reboot.

Where do thing I am from?
Don't use the kernel *Devil2-1.5.0-t0lte-DUAL-20131124.zip, It stuffed up the camera. The latest 1.7.0 t0lte fixed the camera for me.

Ooops didn't see that, just did a clean install of SkyNote R9Z 4.3 Note 3 Edition without anything else eg devil and after about 2 hours everything running perfect,wifi, air command etc,only thing is i had to put the telstra apn in to get mobile data.I believe my battery will chew more now though as before my update i didnt get 4g until i got closer to the city now i have 2 bars of 4g so thats a bonus for me.

Hey Borijess, we've come a long way from our Streaks, eh?
Not sure about flashing over another 1, as this is the first 1 I have tried. It works really good though compared to the Jelly Bean version. No harm in trying if you have a backup though, I suppose

Uh, you sure you're running JB? If so, just go on in to the Play Store and download the update.
Just search "Google search".

Considering the similarities between the domestic variants of the Note 2 and their international counterparts, would anyone be willing to test some of the success that the folks over in the AT&T forum have had with porting the international N7100/N7105 firmware/ROM's over to the Verizon Note 2

The basic gist of the procedure is to use a custom recovery like CWM or TWRP to flash a stock N7100/N7105 firmware, and then flash your carrier specific modem/kernel.
Why would anyone want to do this? Well, for starters, you would benefit from built-in stock-supported tethering, and a few other features that carriers disable (YMMV). But mainly this means that the domestic versions of the Note 2 can benefit from the development of the international versions! So, when the latest version of Android comes out for the rest of the world, we aren't stuck here waiting for our carrier to catch up to everyone else...
So what do you all think? Anyone willing to try?

What about integrating carrier specific apps? The Verizon version has a data usage app that works without logging into my Verizon.

Good for the Play Store and APN settings! " But.... He did say he was unsure if it works on other roms in his second post. You possibly could try it. : )

You risk a soft brick. Just make a nandroid backup first and you'll be fine.

Yeah since the hardware is nearly identical I think the most you would risk is a soft brick. The 7100 lacks LTE though so I'm not sureif you would have data on one of those roms. Tell us how it goes if you go through with it.

Interesting. I used root explorer to get the AOSP browser to work without issues. I may try this just to try it, even though I use swype.

if you are on MDK - flash the MDK
if on ME7 - flash ME7
but if you were to say be on ME7 and flash MDK , it's just a secmms.apk, so you'd be good to just reboot back to recovery and flash the correct base.

hey guys also, you can use both Blocking Mode and Call/Message block together. It's how the phone was suppose to come but Verizon removed them prob cus they want u to go to their site to block ppl, so flash em both and see if you like them.
