The is not one available yet.
The may be a themed one somewhere, but the stock s3 dialer has not been ported

(APK tools, &zip, etc.) i have few knowledge in android. but i cant move forward on making my own ROM. i've seen links of tutorials but i think i might get mess because application's compatibility to my phone.
