With Kitkat 4.4 on its way thanks to freeXperia dev's @FXP, @kali... what are you looking forward to most? I'm really buzzing about seeing RAW images coming. Yeah I know... simple things eh! But seriously this means we can finally see if its a hardware issue with the Ultra's camera. I'm so hoping its not, and the images will look tasty!!
So what are you looking forward to most with the 4.4 CM11 release coming very very soon...??

Don't know what to look for in kitkat, other than RAW photos.
And no not sitting on the deck having a beer, I was out at one of the predator fenced 'islands' doing some lizard survey work getting rained on - you know that stuff that falls on this side of the Kaimai range and not on your side.
About to have a cold one now though.

couldn't look any worse than stock camera on auto
there will still be atleast some noise in poor light and in the blacks, but at least it wont be all soft ans fuzzy looking

RAW is always horrible. However being able to manipulate white balance, colour saturation, contrast, and sharpness ourselves, and not leaving it to Sony will always look better. or at least the way we want.

Dont worry, i will include it... It maybe rubbish to sony... It does nothing, BUT it will make ur screen better, sharper when touch.... U will like it when release... Do check the fb page for updates..

The Arc S particularly keeps appearing on 4.2. This makes me wonder how many devices are going to be updated next? Perhaps some 2011 devices will be updated along with 2012 ones.
Next is the matter of 4.2. In the article here:

So, there are pics now showing something the OP calls Nexus X. I'm not trying to do a full blown analysis here, at least not before I check with my sources, but it doesn't look obviously Photoshopped (at least, not that obviously) and it's quite similar to the Xperia T, which already got some really nice open source support with most of the CodeAurora stuff suddenly working out of the box. So, let the hype begin.

I remember reading last time that Sony have no plan of releasing a nexus phone as it will conflict with their Xperia branding(or whatever).

Indian price is said to be expected around 25k which is nearly 2x as U This is more along the lines of a new Xperia P or S
i would go for SP better choice of chipset, snapdragon S4 but would have loved it if it were S4 Pro but you wont get everything for a cheap price.

Hybrid S, P and U ... They really should name it Xperia UPS, though someone would sue Sony immediately, hence SP
I like the spec and the light bar (the reason I bought XU), a touch of aluminum, but since SP is not a flagship, and Android 5.0 will come soon, I don't think SP is a wise bet ...

Some members of official cm team refused to support s4 which was exynos based (although rest of the cm team said they dont prior announce support)
Bt the fact is its extremely difficult to get things working without sources no matter which chipset or which developer.... Qualcomm rules for a reason and we know this.....

This is not 4.4.1. This is not 4.4.2. This is 4.4. The launcher is either Ice Cream or some other reincarnation from days past. Security settings force close. Passwords and sync are problematic.

The launcher is indeed the Kit Kat launcher. The Google Experience Launcher is exclusive to the Nexus 5 for now, so every other Nexus device (Nexus 4, Nexus 7, Nexus 10) and GPE devices are running a more plain version. Nothing stops you from manually installing GEL though. Once you've installed GEL, you'll get the transparent navigation bar and statusbar.
BTW, have you talked to Krabappel? You should dump that bad boy ASAP. We are all waiting for you

Well it is 8:20 AM here, thats mean 2:20 AM in belgium, let's wait about a further half-day..
Just remember past GNote 1 'course' when it get JB leak, where a guy from vietnam has the dump while the 'bad boy' is in germany, about the same local time with the belgium. Not expected it happen with the Z ultra but it is : )

God damn it. Can't a man get some sleep around here? Do a factory reset. Also, from 1-10, how experienced are you with Android? I'm thinking about dumping and stuff like that.

First of all, shouldn't you be sleeping right now? Or is Sweden following its own clock? Second, I wouldn't know how experienced he is, and that's why I'm asking. Plus he shouldn't really care that much about the small bugs since his first priority should be to dump that sucker and upload it
He may have dumped it already and he may have a lot of experience. I don't know.
