Hello everyone,
Im a newbie here.I own a Xperia U and since it has only 8 gb of storage with no memory card expansion i was just curious that partitioning that 8gb can be done or not. I mean
8GB=2(System)+2(Apps)+4(User)
can i decrease the size of system and apps so that my user available memory can be increased.
thanx in advance
Don't listen to me but I've seen somewhere that can be done on CWM.

Hi
Are there any stable custom ROMs for Sony Xperia U like the Cyanogenmod 7.2 / 9 / 10?
Also are there ROMs that allow the access to full 8GB internal memory?
(Maybe even 6GB but not as 4+2 but 6 as a whole so when 4GBof data fills up it can use the free space from
the 2GB of App partition)
Thank you.
No

Thanks for replying.
I would like to know why is it that a custom ROM cannot access the memory as a whole?
Some system level locks?
Also, I see that you are using CM9.1. How is it working?
Please do point to how I can unlock/root & load CM9.1 (including the xpeia U CM mod download link).
Thanks a ton.
Trust me its awesome all instructions are in first post of this topic

Hi guys, i have a problem because i need to install some games that are about 800 MB so, i have a question: when i connect with usb i can see that internal free memory is about 2,71 GB of 3,97 which is total, and the free on my sd card (it's micro sd of 2GB) is 200 MB (i have a lot of music into microsd xD ) But in application settings i see that free space on internal is 1,5 GB and 2,7 GB on ext sd. So my question is, if i download apps from the store, which is the real memory can i use? Why the external memory is different than my micro sd?
Thanks guys but someone should explain because i'm confused. Bye!
P.S my device is xperia sola, with locked bootloader and cm9

Hello guys..
I wonder if there is a way to merge Live Walkman SD card
I saw my friend made his LG's SD card merged - so his internal memory became 1 GB from the original 256 MB.
But it happened only for the LG device, so I would like to ask if there is a way to make it also work for Live Walkman...
Thanks in advance... :fingers-crossed:
