If you mean the touchwiz stock ROM, then there are many problems with the update, hell, even Samsung admitted it. You could try clearing the cache and dalvik cache in CWM. If that doesnt work then for now, as far as i know, you have to downgrade or flash a custom ROM.

I agree with the others, why would anybody want to wait for Samsung butchered jb when you can have it now pretty much stock as Google intended. I'm waiting till they get a little bit more complete / stable then jumping ship!

I agree with you on waiting for a stable release. I need something I know will work, but I'm very excited that CM has moved to JB so quickly.
The only OTA update I need is a download of my next custom ROM.

There's no way to port that over. It requires TW framework and libs which cannot be ported over because it is very different.

CM10 > Samsung in general. I had to briefly flash back to my stock Samsung ICS nandroid backup today after running CM10 for the past 5 days, and it seemed incredibly slow and choppy compared to CM10. I was blown away at the difference.

Hi Guys
I'm having issues with my camera on the Unlocked international GT-N7000.
I'm running ICS 4.0.4 and I flashed it using odin.
It says "camera failed" and sometimes "running media scan" and then crashes. Any ideas on how to fix this?

is the rom ure using an official version?
cus on many ics custom roms or ported roms the camera does not work and due kernel issues u might get problems with the media scan as u statet
so try a samsung stock ics firmware i guess its available for the note
Yeah it is the German official ROM. I'm going to re flash the rom as it gave me an issue on the first flash. I hope that works.

Had it installed a few days here with stock kernel, didn't bother wiping but runs smooth as hell really impressed. As already posted the brickbug as far as I know was only in the 4.04
so had the phone for a while now rooted and everything but for some reason the past few tw roms have just been randomly freezing jellybeans and whomp my most recent it started happening first on whomp any ideas would be appreciated
Which kernel are you using?
Is your cpu overclocked and/or undervolted ?

That's odd... . I didn't stay on stock kernel very long so I can't say much (I use sabre kernel at 1600mhz)
It Almost sounds like hardware problem. But idk hopefully someone else will chime in.
Sorry I couldn't help, good luck sir.
