Change touch sounds - Samsung Galaxy Grand Quattro

I just want to know .,is there a way to change the touch sound (water drops) available in our quattro to some thing ljke available in sony......

Just take any sound which u want to use rename it to 'TW_Touch.ogg' copy it to system/media/ui change permission to rw-r-r

Use xplore browser open it and go to settings and go to options root access change it to super user+ mount writable
Then whatever u want to do copy cut everything will be works.

But as my device is not rooted........ after changing the settings in explore manager I am unable to open the root folder. ........
Should I root my device first?

Im having a problem with my galaxy pocket that's really bothering me.
Whenever I shutdown the phone, the screen goes black then after a while it goes into this screen:

You need to mount the folder with write permissions. Click on the RW button at the top

I install the zip and there is no apk to install just a zip to extract which I have tried extracting into the apk file of then play store widget and or on its own and can launch it..

[Q] How to replace any file in system directory remotely?

Well actually I wanted to replace/ place a text file in system directory (e.g. /system/etc/) of android phone remotely which means I don't have any physical contact to that phone.
By remotely I mean via downloading or through app. or any other mean ?
- Is it possible?
- Is it necessary to have that phone rooted?
- Help would be appreciated
