FAQ
Q: This is taking a long time to flash/boot up. Is that normal?
A: Yes, the flashing may take longer than you're used to due to the large size of the file (gapps included). The first bootup takes 5 or more minutes as your apps are being compiled by ART for the first time.
Q: How do I get root?
A: If you want to keep the stock kernel, use CF-Auto-Root. If you flash a custom kernel, just flash the newest SuperSU ZIP afterwards.
Q: I lost access to my internal storage contents. How do I restore them?
A: First, get root using the method(s) above. Then follow use the terminal commands here to restore your internal storage contents. If that doesn't work, try the ZIP attached below.
Q: The radio file says D820 but I have the international model. Will it work for D821?
A: Yes, both N5 models share the same radio software. Flash away!
Q: I can't seem to restore my apps using Titanium Backup even though I have root. Help!
A: Many root apps aren't working fully on 5.0 yet. Fortunately, you can get a beta Titanium build here that works on 5.0.
Q: I can't enable ambient notifications. What's wrong?
A: That's a feature of Android 5.0 reserved for devices with OLED displays. It's not available for Nexus 5 because it uses an LCD and would not be as power efficient.
So from stock 4.4 and TWRP I can just install this and it will keep all of my data? I can't flash the OTA update due to modified system apps.
Great thanks

Is it not in the zip?
Sent from my Nexus 5 using Tapatalk
Baseband is not included in the ROM and is not required.
I will whip up a flashable zip and upload it in a few for those that want the latest baseband.
Also, devhost was not cooperating but I have a MEGA mirror in the OP now for those who prefer something besides Goo.

Procedure
If you are coming from a different ROM, data/factory reset is mandatory. If you are flashing over a previous SlimKat build, cache wipe will be sufficient.
You will need to flash the latest recovery ( CWM or TWRP ) mentioned above for a successful flash.
A nandroid backup is recommended prior to flashing SlimKat in case you get into problems.
Flash the recovery using Odin
Flash ROM from recovery. Reboot.
Reboot to recovery and flash GApps.
A little more detailed guide is available here.
What's working and what's not
Pretty much everything!!! For exfat support, flash the zip attached to this post. Note that exfat support has been added to the rom from RC2.

lcd density is set at 182 by default. If font is too small, change it in the build.prop inside the rom zip file before flashing. The entry to change is given below.
Code:
ro.sf.lcd.density
Notepad++ is preferred to make the change.
Respect. You make me always running follow your work dude. Must try.

Rom can't handle heavy loads. Tried installing an apk and an app fro play store and it caused a reboot.
Also, Xposed framework isn't working.
Also pinch zoom isn't working.

I believe PhilZ recovery has an option to convert backups to a flashable zip (it supports both CWM and TWRP). I could be wrong though.

It failed again, and it looks like clockworkmod didn't copy it to the internal storage. I will try to get the recovery log again later, when I have more time
Edit: TWRP seems to be finding a recovery.log in /tmp. I will try and see if it was generated by TWRP or CWM.

Is AllianceRom similar to JellyBean's? I really enjoyed that rom, and it was extremely stable. I'd prefer a more stripped rom though. Do you know yet the few things that may stay in Purified? I'm hoping it's completely stripped except for multi window, and the clipboard. Will it have the notification toggles like the G3 or like AOSP? Looking forward to more roms available for the Verizon G3.
Edit: The Note 2 was where I had experience with your JellyBean's rom.
This! I will be replacing Jasmine with this due to issues with Google Play Services.

JuMBO ROM - Note2LTE
There are lot of ROMs out there for N7105. My main intention was to build something for the Korean variants.
SHV-E250S/K/L devices. This ROM is build from SamMobile original N7105 firmware.
I have tested this on all korean models. E250S, E250K, E250L. Everything works fine. And this will work on N7105 also.
The ROM is a Single CWM zip file. You can select your device model from AROMA installer.
This will only flash the system & the relevant Kernel. No modem will be flashed.
You have to be on KitKat bootloader for this to work without any problems.

Sorry about N7105 issue. They works fine with E250X devices.
To enable Call recording I replaced the "sales_code.dat" file with a E250K model sales_code.dat.

There have been no modifications made, and I will not be providing any either, The instructions state that you must have the same bootloader and modem as the ROM base.

You can change the CSC within the ROM by editing the options.prop.
Open the ROM.zip and open the file 'options.prop' and edit the CSC entry to your desired one.
