Is there any way we can flash gsm roms on the cdma version of the evo3d? Since there seems to be more support for that then the cdma one

Hi. The sensation have a Sense 4 ROM which I was using (imo it's way better than previous versions of sense). Is there no such rom for the Amaze?

Yes. 7-2 is a multi rom so that means it works for both GSM and CDMA.
And to nexus freak. You shouldnt post incorrect information unless you can prove it.

I am planning on getting GoSmart Mobile but I want to know if I can manually provision my phone to access they're internet. I am currently using MetroPCS for example, but you can provison the phone to take advantage of Picture Mail and 3G which runs off of CDMA so can you do the same type of thing with GSM with companies like T-Mobile or GoSmart?

My bad dude. Didn't mean to come off that way. Gsm is totally different band and so no. Att tmobile etc gsm and Verizon sprint etc use cdma.

Hi everyone \(^_^)
Alright so I've rooted two EVOs with s off... 1.50HBOOT
Installed CM 10.1 and everything works great.. All with latest firmware, now my 3rd Evo with s off 1.50 latest firmware like my other two installed cm10.1 now the issue is that I cannot clock it to 1.836 both cpu 0,1.. Apparently it just freezes and reboots... Now I just want to know what's causing the reboot if its running latest firmware and same hboot as my other two..

The answer is simple not every device is created equal. Bump the CPU down a notch or two and all will be fine.

That isn't how it works..kernels are device specific as far as I know

As stated above kernels are device specific. There are custom kernels for the 3vo already just find one that is compatible with the rom you are using.
