Hi, I rooted my HTC first (same rooting process), and I tried to flash Cyanogenmod 10.2 Nightly. Then when i booted into recovery and then did reboot system now, my device just goes into an endless boot loop. Any ideas?
Maybe because this is the HTC One section...

Boot loops aren't uncommon....
Simply get back into recovery and reflash. If you get boot loops again, you may have a bad download (but I would think that recovery would barf on the install). You might try a different ROM as well... My Xoom for instance would never install the EOS ROM but had no problems with CM.

Sorry if this is in the wrong thread, not sure where to put it,
I own a NATPC M009s x2.
I rooted it today and was hoping to install the cwm.
I had to install the driver manually so i tried to install it through the recovery mode
However after I did this the device wouldnt boot up past the boot logo and im not too sure what to do.
Unfortunately this is a soft bricked device now. You can either try to use ADB to attempt rebooting into recovery.
EDIT: If you do not have cwm successfully flashed, (this is based off of previous experience) there is no way to fix this. Please correct me if I am wrong, I rooted my first phone and factory reset it through the stock rom without a recovery. Sent the phone into a boot loop. I did write a program (Mango Tools) to help fix this however, it can be found on mellowdev.net It is being updated atm but wouldnt mind emailing it to you if you PM me.

So I was just in a boot loop on my stock ROM that was rooted and I was trying to install a custom ROM but got stuck in a boot loop. So I followed a bunch of things and ended up getting stuck at my carrier logo loading screen. So I found another thing that said to go into recovery (which I did using clockworkmod) and install a new custom ROM (which I did, and that ROM being cyanogenmod). So I installed this new ROM and now I'm back into the boot loop but this time it loops through the cyanogenmod loading screen, the HTC turning on screen, and a plain black off screen. HELP MEE!!!
I suggest using 4ext recovery
If you want any other Rom than stock-based, you need to lower your hboot to 1.5 or lower
You can only change hboot if you are s off
If you are s on, install 4ext recovery and make sure smartflash is enabled.
you need to be sure and wipe all partitions except your sd card.
If it still bootloops, you need to get the boot.IMG from the Rom, and flash it in fastboot USB mode.

Not sure what I have going on to be honest. Unlocked and rooted via HTCDev/guide posted here, worked wonderfully. Kept stock rom but flashed a custom kernel to maintain root, noticed the camera didn't work afterward. Tried to flash a stock/rooted rom/kernel combo and no dice. At the moment I am only able to boot into the bootloader and enter fast boot, but I can't get into recovery, even tried different recoveries with the same effect, it boots into recovery for a split second then black screen, a minute later I'm stuck at the htc recovery loading screen. Has anyone experienced this, and is there a way to load a stock .img (not a recovery, but rom) through the cmd prompt? My searches have been unsuccessful thus far. Thanks in advance.
Why don't you flash the RUU?

Try reflashing recovery via fastboot. Sounds like you recovery IMG got borked.

I rooted my Motorola Razr XT910 a couple of days ago. The root went fine, installing CWM Recovery went fine too, so did setting up a backup.
But when I installed a custom ROM (cm-10.2-20131016-NIGHTLY-umts_spyder.zip)
The installation all went according to plan until rebooting, according to the guide i could take up to 5mins but after 15mins it still hadn't rebooted. It loads as far as the first flash screen with the "dual-core" motorola logo then disappears. And I can't load into Recovery mode.
Any help would be LOTS appreciated!
When a flash fails, you get stuck in a bootloop. Usually it doesn't block off your recovery, but if fastboot works alright you could reflash twrp/cwm on it. Then, just boot into recovery and restore your backup/try a different ROM.

Hey guys I need help really badly!
So I upgraded to CM 11 and was using it for a few days like whatever the Play Store isn't working and some app crashes its was on kitkat 4.4.3 and I was tired of this and wanted to download some apps. So I went to the on the air update and wen't to install an update and download CM 10.2 and hit reboot and install. When I did this it was booting up but had the CM 11 boot logo in a boot loop and said optimizing apps and I'm like ok seemed like it worked. But it was still in a boot loop after I restarted so I went to flash the boot.img from CM 10.2 and I did so and nothing happend still the same boot logo from CM 11 looping. So then I'm like must still be on CM 11 so I downloaded it and flash its boot.img and now my phone starts up and boots into a black screen. Help please don't know what to do and I'm freaking out. :crying:
First of which recovery you have?
Second, what kind of HTC one you have m7? Unlocked, s-off?
Did you tried a factory reset and clear the cache data using the recovery?
