Hello all,
When pressing software update on my phone, it gets stuck at checking for software-updates. I've tried several wifi networks and even cellular, but to no avail. Is there some system app I can reset to get this working again? I'm on stock 4.1.2.

Hi all,
I got a problem with the ICS 4.0.4. When I flash one of the leaked and official 4.0.4 ROM, the phone info always display as a frame on main screen as the attached picture. Please help me to remove that frame. (I first try the leaked rom I9100XXLQ5, and then official I9100XWLPM, and the rooted one from here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1752034, all cause same problem)

No, I don't check any option in developer options list.
This is what I get whenever I reboot my phone (hold power button for 10 seconds). Never got this unless the phone rebooted itself randomly, and never before the latest update. Anyone else?

I get that everytime I reboot system from TWRP. Are you running a custom ROM. I'm stock, deodexed and rooted on the latest OTA.

You can either send it in or ignore it. Could try seeing if a factory reset fixes it
I need some help guys. My phone want start again after reboot. It hangs on samsung logo. I tried couple of roms and all the time its the same situation. Any solution?

Happened with me too today . For solving it i had to reflash neat rom 4.2
also mate its wrong place to ask a question !
So please to move my thread to a proper section.

Hi can anybody help me to resolve this problem. i already rooted my phone a few weeks ago. then last night Im forget to unroot that phone and i just make soft restore for my phone. after that my phone stuck and cannot open only has a samsung logo. i already try to hard restore that phone but it also unsuccessful. here image of my phone after i try to hard restore it. it also said unable to recovery. i hope someone can help me to solve this problem.:crying:

Hi, I am no expert, but what works for me when I had a similar brick was to re-root the phone using this method:

or try using TWRP Recovery with odin (no root required):

I disabled Samsung account app then I enabled it back but it seems like failed to work. When I press at it to add my account nothing happens.
I cleared data and cache of it and restart the phone but still no response. How to fix this one. I want it to download themes.

In this case I have to arrange all my apps back again. It takes long time to configure them and perhaps this is the only way to get my Samsung account app works back.
