Hi guys,
Yesterday i finally decide to unlock my bootloader and switch to JB with my Xperia u.
I choose the v6 lite vu Devswift, and i follow the installation instructions. I flashed experimental kernel v11a, did my wipes and flashed the rom with cwm. Everything went well and i now enjoy my phone with nice look and good speed, but...
I can't activate bluetooth. When i try to turn it on, it turn on for like 0,1 sec and turn back off !
I choose this rom cause the OP say BT is working so i'm a little bit disappointed with this. I use BT very often.
Can anybody help me with this problem ?
Thanks

first you need nAa v08b kernel, flash nAa kernel then flash the stock kernel then flash alfs v6 then open cyanogenmod flash update-vold-chargemon.zip then wipe cache and dalvik, and then flash this rom then reboot and you will see that your phone have signal
Btw im not sure this will work for all network,so plz test it yourself and if it work you can press the thanks button
And also-DON'T FULL WIPE in this process..

have you test if it's hardware issue?
maybe flashlight broken or sth. else?
I installed xperia ultimate HD in my neo v and it went well for few days.
Later I was trying to send a file using es file explorer.. and my phone restarted.. I tried clearing cache and dalvik cache but didn't help..
So I thought there was some problem in the ROM so I installed revolution ICS by devjaskirat.. and had the same problem in this ROM also...
I quite confused and scared to send a file using Bluetooth...
Any suggestions...

Try to use stock bluetooth apk ! Copy from stock to system/app and set permission to rw-r-r ! :good::angel: If that still the problem persist then it''s mean that your phone''s bluetooth is .............
Me Too!!!
me too have somewhat same issue on my neo v on Jelly Sandwich 9.0 whenever i turn on my bluetooth phone restart but didn't go to sony logo keep restarting from Jelly Sandwich Logo means u cant enter cwm
i have to remove battery and clear dalvik cache and it works
But it happened for me 4-5 times from then o nothing went wrong
Yeah I experienced it in many ROMs...
I don't understand how to solve it..
I tried clearing dalvik cache and cache partition ...but didn't help ..xperia logo comes up but doesn't boot...so I had to restore the backup again....
I don't think any hardware is damaged... (hopefully)
It would be great help if someone can suggest a solution...

Try to reinstall rom and let it settle for one hour after installation. I've never had such problems like those.
I tried many ROMs... I don't think it is due to ROM....

This is for any version of android i guess. But mainly jelly bean.
So your wifi disconnects alot? I know its so annoying. So do these simple step.
1: boot to cwm
2: wipe cache partition
3: wipe dalvik cache
4: mounts and storage/format cache
5: reboot
Reboot might take a while after these steps to create new system cache files i guess.
I have no wifi disconnection problem at all after doing it! Wifi is even better! Hit thanks if i helped you!

"Wipe cache partition" is exactly same process as "Format cache", no need to do both of them.

any idea for xperia mini pro sk17i
Hello Guys,
After lots of trying & failing, I finally succeeded to get the illumination bar working in Stock JB. It now works like ICS and you can use it on all Stock JB ROM without flashing ICS first.
Note 1: I saw that Little Zed had a thread about this but since my method is a bit different than his, I decided to create a new thread. Hope no one's angry
Note 2: After flashing the zip----
SP light effects will be gone.
Illumination Receiver will be gone.
Install Illumination Bar Notification. It will work like ICS.
Initial Boot Led will work
This should solve the "Screen Always On" problem.
Walkman & Album will change color according to selection.
Note 3: If you ever wipe data, you'll need to flash this again.
Instructions
1) Flash via recovery
2) After booting led will be white. Just change theme and led color will work.
ChangeLog
V1:
- fixed bash script
V2:
- fixed end message :silly:
- fixed progressbar glitch.
- added a little sleep time during flashing
- no need to flash if you're using V1
F.A.Q
- if after flashing led doesn't work, then see this post HERE
~~Credits~~
@Little Zed for trying first to get it working
@kontini for explaining the related files

It'll work. After flashing, open terminal emulator and type this
Code:
su
chmod -R 777 /data/lightservice.soc
reboot
After reboot, it should work. Just a temporary walk around. I'll fix it. Please try and report back

Update
Updated the link with new fixes. Now you don't need to use terminal emulator. Just flash via cwm and enjoy . And please report back.
Flashed last fix but system is so lagging.. I'm using it on stock JB V5 by devswift1!
I also wiped cache and dalvik cache, using it from 2 hours and it lags

There's only one important bug:
You wrote "enoy" instead of "enjoy" in installer script!
No lagging, just like in ICS!
THANKS A MILLION!

Just the display brightness is now too dim on V5 with automatic adapting, but manually adjusting the switch seams lot better
Thank you very much for this fix o/

NONE, including first boot.
Even working with Illumination Bar Notifier by @rundgong!
HOW DID YOU DO THIS? No, no, don't tell either me or everyone, I just loved your magic…
I'm using an improved-by-me mixture of @DevSwift1's V3 based in 6.2.A.0.400 and others based in 6.2.A.1.100 (from them I mostly included newer apps, so it's mainly 6.2.A.0.400 yet but so stable as newer one). I won't change this primary ROM even if KitKat is released as stable as Jelly Bean for Xperia™ U.
I'd install KK as secondary ROM only.
By the way, cleverly written line:
Code:
delete("/system/app/SemcIlluminationSetting.apk");
You've thought of everyone who might has installed that mod of Xperia™ SP light effects! You don't deserve that name…
EDIT: Oh, you were telling us about it in OP's note 2… I was as enthusiastic as you that I didn't read it before… LOL!
Ok, I'm piping down now. I just didn't know how to thank you, ouch… O[]ò"
WORKING!!!

Works great  Thanks
