INSTALLATION PROCESS
NOTE: you have to be rooted
1. Download the apk file from above attachment
2. Now go to any of your root browser (e.g x -plore, root explorer etc.) I am using root explorer now
3. now copy the apk file from where you download this by your root browser
4. Now go to "root"
Look like this:
5. From there go to "system" folder as shown in the screenshot
6. Now navigate to the folder named "app" as in screenshot
7. Then paste the apk file here & you can get a warning to overwrite it. Press overwrite then
8. Then select the apk file & navigate to the option named "permission" then select these options as shown in the screenshot
9. Now close your root browser & reboot your device manually..
Thats it..
Now enjoy you S IV weather widget

its not working coz you cant just install this as a normal apk, this is a system file..push it via ADB or create a flashable zip to push this to us app folder..or manually move this via root explorer and set proper permissions rw-r-r

Description:
I have created a new ICS Lockscreen for All Custom Roms. I themed the Sliding Tab Lockscreen to look like ICS. I have hidden the Sound On/Off Icons but they still exist...To use this, Select Sliding Tab in your Lockscreen Settings.
Note : Stock Roms not supported.
To unlock your device, click the Lock Icon and Move it towards the Unlock Icon. Your screen will be unlocked.

Instructions:
Download the appropriate file.
Put it in SD Card.
Go to CWM Recovery
Mount System under mounts and storage (important)
Flash the file.
Reboot & Enjoy...
