Don't worry. u can flash it on odexed rooted stock rom...
does flashing this overwrites default existenz themes?

tried on stock and it doesn't overwrite, just keep stock themes too
the only thing that i found is that the sms bubbles don't change color according to theme..
btw great job!!

i just took a look on the stock rom thread and i cant find the theme to be downloaded....i have to download the full rom...which is i am already using it.....i need to find the theme alone to be flashed..... any place you have it over here ??

As this is Ported by ThilinaC which said works on ICS/JB, then it should work.But this is version 3.0. There is new version 4.0 out there...

Flash recomended kernel(lupus jbv10 or turbo kernel but untested with turbo
full wipe (system,data,cavhe,dalvik cache)

Reboot
First rebot is _+ 5min
after in HS reboot again to CWM

Only on deodexed rom , I using s4thewin rom , i think transparent status bar one of feature of S4thewin Rom
