Severe storage problems plzz help - Motorola Droid RAZR

I have been experiencing a lot of storage related problems recently. After I restored my bricked phone I installed bmm and started flashing ROMs like I used to but now whichever ROM I install I after rebooting that ROM once I can't access my SD card both external and internal.
I went to 'mounts and storage' option in bmm and mounted /ext and /int and now I can access only my external SD card and not internal. And also after rebooting I always have to mount it again the settings in bmm are never saved.
Can all this be happening because I recently installed JBX v2.0 kernel.
Please someone knowledgeable help me out and tell me step by step what to do because I am a complete NOOB.
Thanks in advance!

please help
Currently I am on gummy ROM 2.1 with jbx kernel 2.0 .
This is what happens ---->
1)I install any rom
2)the first time the ROM boot everything is fine.
3)after rebooting once I can't access both internal and external
4)I went into mounts and format in bmm and mounted /ext and /int
5)now I can access only external but not internal
6)after I reboot again I acnt access any storage. I have to go into bmm again and there my /ext and /int is unmounted
My question is that 1)can this be happening due to flashing jbx?
2)what settings do you keep in mounts and format?

Did U try other rom?
If same problem, your phone error
If not, the rom error

The same happens here. My external sd card shows up but internal storage doesnt mount ever after first boot. No matter what 4.4 rom I install. Its just the same with each of em.

I had similar issues with early CM 11. I'm now on the latest nightly 19 and I can see all storage.

[Q] Installing a ROM using External SD Card

I recently made a mistake on my phone & got it stuck in a boot loop. I figure the easiest fix is to just wipe system & install a new ROM from the CWM Recovery Menu. My problem is I cannot access the external sd card.
When trying to navigate install zip from sdcard > choose zip from sdcard > external_sd/ it simply returns "No Files Found". I'm assuming because that's probably just a symlink.
If I go to Mounts & Storage and attempt to mount /sd-ext, I get "Error mounting SDEXT :!.
Maybe I'm going about this the wrong way, so any help would be appreciated. I'm still fairly new to the whole Android scene.
I should note that my USB Port is broken so using that is out of the question. I've already attempted twice to replace it (damn thing wont desolder), but that's a whole other bag of worms.. That I won't bother re-visiting unless it's my only option.

You install a rom with cwm through the internal sd, not external; so yeah, you're going about it the wrong way.
*tear* Just what I didn't want to hear.
a little help
you could try flashing a different kernal ie siyah pr cm9 these have different versions cwm included so you might be able to access your ext sdcard just a thought.
It depends on the version of CWR you have flashed. Whenever I run ICZen the version of CWR (5 something) that Deficient Development bakes in lets you flash zips from the external SD; very convenient.
Can the OP use DroidExplorer, and transfer a rom to the internal? I've not used DroidExplorer, but have heard it talked about.

If there isn't a ROM on the internal SD card to install from recovery, and the current kernel version does not support install from the external SD. Then I would assume you would need to ODIN to stock.
Good luck!

Why can't you use something like Dropbox or Box and upload it from your PC, then download it to your phone and transfer to the sdcard of choice with a file explorer? Then flash away. In fact I just did this the other night bc I was too lazy to go to my PC and hook up my phone. I just uploaded it with my tablet and then downloaded it to my Vibrant.
Edit::: I just re-read your OP.

This is NOT the external sd card. SD-ext is another partition that has to be set up on the sdcard with something like Gparted or MiniTool Partition Wizard. It is for when you do not have the standard Samsung 2gb partition or the /datadata partition set up. FWIW, I have never seen this particular partition set up in the Vibrant.
I can't remember what the actual Mount option is in CWR but I definately know this is NOT it. Not sure if you remember seeing it or not but when you do a Nanadroid backup, it will always skip the SD-Ext part b/c there is nothing there. This is more mainly for older phone that were running Eclair and did not have native App2sd support. It was used as a hack to force that support.
i think go to a shop get your USB port repaired and get back to STOCK if you dont have any rom on your internal sd or do a (wipe cache etc etc) so that the phone will run on the ROM's kernel

I9300 Micro SD won't mount

Hello there I was wondering if I can have some help with my micro sd.
Problem started when I flashed Crdroid 4.3 build 1 ( turns out the file was faulty and Cristiano uploaded a new one) the micro sd no longer worked in recovery so I couldn't restore my backups.
So I flashed the stock rom through Odin, only to find that stock recovery could not find the sd either ( worked inside touchwiz mind you)
So I then moved my back ups/roms to the emulated sd, flashed TWRP and flashed the rom ( working version this time) rom booted fine how ever micro sd card would not mount in Cyanogenmod. tried formatting to fat32 again on my pc.
Still doesn't mount. ( through CM or recovery, both TWRP and CWM)
Just flashed stock through odin again and sd does mount in touchwiz, just formatted the micro sd through touchwiz to see if this fixes it.
I was just wondering has anyone had this problem before, and if so how did you fix it.
Sorry if my description is flawed writing is not my forte!
Many thanks in advance for any assistance.
*edit* My steps did indeed fix this, after resetup my phone I'll edit this thread to be instructions instead.

Try these may get success
Format Your SD card by using PC and then move necessary files which are needed to SD card
And then Check whether is mounting or not .
Format /sdcard never worked for me, format with your PC, use MiniTool Partition Wizard, the best !

sd card not mouting...help pleae

Hi guys. A little help please. I can't seem to get my phone to see my internal SD card after repartioning my phone. Followed the instructions to the letter on http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2538947. Everything went smoothly. And restored my nandroid backup of slimkat but now I can't get into my SD. Also, now my PC can't even see my phone. Windows keeps saying device is broken. Everything works except internal memory. I tried to mount SD in recovery with no luck. I remember there were SD mounting problems with kk so I also tried flashing slimbean 4.3 but also unsuccessful. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated....
Edit: after flashing, recovery says "unable to mount / 'emmc'". Also, after boot, I get a notification "Blank SD card- SD card is blank or has unsupported filesystem".
Problem solved! After hours of reading posts with nothing working I decided to try a cwm recovery kernel (I have been on twrp forever). I was able to mount the internal SD card with cwm! Flashed tarp back and flashed slimsaber and like magic everythings working again!!
