Hello! I've asked about it earlier but still have no answer and more importantly don't know how to fix this problem. So, help me, please?
I'm installing some app and after i'm turning my phone off and then turning it on again my phone starting reboot cycle. It is going on and on until i'm pulling the battery from the device, boot into Recovery and wiping Cashe and Delvik Cashe. Only after those procedure my phone buts normally. Is it only my problem or somebody else has this problem too? Maybe somebody knows how to fix it? Please, help? I have a Stock Rom and my device is rooted.

What app? If you are sure it's an app causing it you may want to learn to live without it.

According to Google. Installing sprint offical updates causes bootloops and install aps from play store...and having a SD card 2 causes bootloop. But what to do which fixed my boot loop is Download the 4 hour stock.Rom. use odin to flash it with nand erase all.option. that fixed my boot loop once. Now a month later since I got a dead loop

It is the different apps. Sure, after I'm getting out of boot loop I'm deleting the app but if I'm installing some other app I can get into the boot loop again. Sometimes I even don't know what app causing it. I mean, I know only after the boot loop happens.

Try booting without sd card after removing battery. Then turn wifi scan off

This morning, I used CWM to partition my internal SD card to the highest setting, but when i boot up my phone, it says: "Failed to boot 1
Starting RSD mode". My phone is stuck on this screen! Help?
Maybe sbf flash is only way to get phone working again. Can you boot back into CWM?

No. I'll try that though.
That worked, except my screen calibration is now extremely off, to the point where I can't use the buttons. Help?
Factory reset via CWM doesn't fix it.
Flashing the sbf doesn't fix it.
Lots of threads on this issue. Return your phone was only option AFAIK. Next time resrearch before you do something silly

How is trying to allow more memory for my apps silly?
Can you not repartition your internal mmc.back to full size then flash sbf?

Its not. If only it worked Only that ive yet to seen any reports of it working. Just people ruining their phones. Doing something without researching the repurcussions of your actions is silly.

You are not the first to partition/format their internal memory using CWM, and all who have tried it have experienced the same issue you are having with the touch screen being off on the bottom.
The fix? There isn't one.............
I just returned my phone today. DON'T EVER DO THIS!

Yea. Tenfar's CWM has been ported to work with the Atrix, but only the basics like backup/restore, data/Dalvik Cache wipe and flashing from ZIP files are working fully. Anything else and it's a coin toss.
Ok. I unlocked my phone using the HTC method. Flashed a working recovery. Flashed synergy ROM and everything went smoothly. Now when I tried to flash miui and steel ROM, I can't get past the lockscreen. Can someone help?

Problems occur sometimes when something is missed when delating i.e deleting cache, dalvik cache or factory reset etc is missed. Did you do all?
Also i once had a problem because i was using a download manager and partially paused the download. When i switched my laptop back on to resume the download ...it did resume and it did download the entire ROM but somewhere something got corrupted and i couldn't get past the boot screen.
Above is just my personal opinion. No harm in trying to re download a new ROM.

I actually redownliaded, wiped numerous times. Tried infected and that worked. Could the kernel be a reason?

Hi! I've searched on and off this forum, my husband and I are on the road all week and his phone had been rooted over a year ago by myself, no splashy roms and no problems. His screen froze so he booted, now stuck in bootloop. I have gone into recovrry but its not working. I'm hesitant to wipe data without computer access. He is active military and needs his phone. I will have computer access in the next few days. Please help!

If you can't get out of the boot loop without wiping data or sbf'ing there's nothing you can do but that. If you are in cwr you can try wiping delvik and cache but if not wiping data couldn't hurt since you'll lose everything doing an sbf anyway. Hope this helps

what do you mean, recovery is not working?
when you see android andy, you have to press both volume buttons
to continue to recovery options

Don't think she was saying that her recovery doesn't work, think she meant that going into didn't help. Although I am not sure what she thought just loading the recovery would accomplish?
Any who, GL!
sometimes wiping cache is enough to stop bootloop

This. Seems to always stop those little, alien like happenings regardless of the device.
I'm curious to know what exactly you tried to do in recovery -- did you try to restore a nandroid?

Sometimes if my phone freezes up and I need to do a battery pull my phone will randomly bootloop. This has happened to me about 3 or 4 times on all kinds of roms, tw and aosp. One time on a tw rom it ended up booting into the samsung setup wizard. It was weird because it didnt wipe my phone but all my apps were force closing if I opened them. The only fix was to wipe and flash again. This happened on Nephilim rom last. Also this has happened on several kernels. Has this happened to anyone else? Do you think this could be a hardware issue? Thanks in advance.
It's to my happened to me with certain ROM installs when I flashed dirty/without doing a factory reset prior to flashing.

No for me it had nothing to do with that. I could be coming from a clean install and pull my battery and my phone would just bootloop

Odin to stock and see if you can make it happen. If it doesn't happen on stock then it's something you have done while flashing. Are you using sd swap?

I mean I fix it by flashing another rom so I don't need to odin. Everything is okay so far. And no I'm not using SD swap. Just wanted to see too if anyone has experienced it. I have a feeling it has to do with my device I may get a replacement
I believe I have bricked my phone. I installed a custom Rom and something went wrong. In the process of frying to fix it, I believe I bricked it by deleting a partition that shouldn't have been touched. It installs the is fine, but I don't get ANY service. It's just empty bars. Is there a way to re flash that partition or rebuild the phone from scratch? I can get into recovery to flash.
Ther isn't a huge hurry. I am happy with my LG G2, but would like to get this phone up and running if possible.
Thanks

This worked perfectly, but then I re-broke it. It was working, but then I tried to do an over-the-air update and it broke again. Only, this time it is in a boot loop showing only the samsung logo. I can't access the recovery menu anymore.
Is there anything I can do about this?

Probably will have to odin again unfortunately if you can't boot it up or into recovery
