[Q] wifi problem android 4.flash rom for huawei y320-t00 - Android Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

hello, my mobile suddenly can not log in wifi any more.
in fact it can not turn wifi on , and when it is on it can not search for networks, and if it even find networks just write SAVED in front .
it take 5-10 minute to search for networks and sometimes it stock in middle and unresponsive ..
try to switch off the wlan and turn on does not work, either restart device and also reset factory many times.
after reset factory it can find the network for first time more quicker but still can not log in internet .
other devices at home / iphone/ipad/mac/pc and BB and other huawei mobile can login internet easily.
bluetooth works well though and phone other features are fine .
so i heard that i need to re-flash the rom again , but i am new to android .
i found factory rom from huawei website ,it is a zip file . but i dont know how to flash it . use what software to do this and how .
i searched in internet but it is all about rooted devices and customs rom , but mine is not rooted and i have factory rom original version .
so i afraid to brick device , thats my mom mobile in fact ! help me to solve this matter please.
thanks

I have some issues too, with the same device. But i was able to root my phone and also now i'm able to use ClockWorkMode , which is helpfull when You need to update or substitute Your firmware. You can do it using MTK root and tool application. More information about steps and HOWTOs You can find in this thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2160490
But use it on Your own risk, especially if You a worried about Your warranty, coz after rooting your device you will lose Your warranty.
Also if it is possible please give me a link where you was able to find factory ROM for Huawei Y320.
Thanks in advance, and do not hesitate to ask me if something was not clear.

[Q] No phone/sms, data ok and IMEI ok

Hello,
After searching about 10 pages & search engine i haven't find exactly same problem as mine but i think i'm not the only one who had this problem...
I saw that all guys having same problem as me have an IMEI problem with a file on /efs, which is not my case for the IMEI
Problem : no phone, no sms, all data is OK. is someone calls me it rings busy.
Here's what i tried
- My SIM on another S2 = everything OK, the other S2 sim on my phone gives same problem.
- Many ROMs official or non official (also a release using pit+pda+phone+csc), without solving my problem
- Using the appli GSII_Repair but i can' t download (message appears 2mins after click on install, from PC or from market)
- Phone is operator free and with no signal problem.
- At the moment i just put an official rom (nothing more) with baseband i9100xxki3, kernel 2.6.35.[email protected] #2, Version number gingerbread.xxki3. Network State=Connected, IMEI= same as behind battery, IMEISV=01
I bought the phone to someone living 150km from me and when i wanted to test it...i locked my SIM (and no puk code with me) so i bought it for not having done the 300km for nothing...and i can't use it since a week i'm trying & reading things everywhere on the net but i think here is the best place, great members, great place, and great roms i used on my HD2 before the USB connector broke. The guy to wich i bought the phone kept it a month and have no idea to what has been done the phone
So help needed....Thanks

Have you already tried to do a factory reset?
Shut down the phone, reboot into recovery mode (Volume UP + Home + Power, hold the keys until the recovery menu appears), choose factory reset and then reboot the phone.
If that does not help, you could try to flash a newer stock ROM, such as XWKJ3.
Have a look at Intratech's Official Firmware thread here => http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1075278
If that does not help either, it could be a hardware issue.
Hope that it is not.
Good luck !
I already have done both, and i just have done the 2 things again just in cas
Factory reset => still having problem
XWKJ3 => i'm getting permanently a message like com.android.phone crashed, i now remember why i changed for an older ROM
Sounds like flashing many roms syndrome .
Also the no no of using PIT files .
Suggestion
Download full stock rom .
Backup all data .
Go to recovery Mounts and storage Format > Cache System Data > SD Card .
No boot now clean empty phone .
Download mode and via Odin flash stock rom .
Test if still faulty return under warranty .

I dont want to be a negative ned and throw a spanner in the works here but if the IMEI is intact and the phone was bought second hand(and no offence with what im about to say) but is it possible that the IMEI has been blocked cos yourve unknowingly bought a stolen phoneIt just seems strange that only calls and sms are blocked with the IMEI no being changed.Sorry if ive miss understood the question. No offence intended.

Please delete thread

The problems:
1st - i am an idot, guess i need a doctor for it.
2nd - I have a rooted OT6033x - everything works fine until i... well i don't really know what the problem was but now, the accessibility service won't start and because of that, no one can reach me by call, my number is busy all the time.
Everything else is working WLAN and mobile Data. I can make calls out but no way to call in.
I tried to flash original stock rom with Alcatel's Mobile Upgrade Tool, but the 6033x is not listed inside the tool, only 6023 and 6040. What i need is the orignial stock rom but i can't find anything on the web - i am searching since hours.
Does anybody have a download for me or - if possible - a solution for the problem with the accessibility service. (is there any custom rom i could flash? miui maybe?"
Thx in advance.

I have messed up my phone, need help!

Hi,
First, sorry for posting this into a general thread, but I'm in a hurry and I need to find help asap! I have an LG L Fino D290n with 4.4.2, kernel 3.4.0+. I've rooted my phone with PurpleDrake a few weeks ago and removed some system application. Everything was working fine until today when my mobile network stopped working. Then the "home" and "multitasking" buttons were not responsive. I've tried to factory reset the phone and wipe everything but had no luck even after that. I've tried another sim - nothing. When I go into Settings > About > Software Version, my phone stucks, so I guess it's a software bug or something.
I need to, find a way to flash a stock rom, I've searched the whole internet but I had no luck finding one for the Fino. Is there another solution to try? What tools do I need to use? Can I flash a ROM from a different phone model, or should I say goodbye to my phone, since the GSM is not working anymore.
THanks

Help - Connection problem after upgrading Android 8.0 - Samsung galaxy s7 edge

Hello everyone. I have a samsung galaxy s7 edge (SM G935F) and i recently received the android 8.0.0 from samsung. Downloaded and installed directly via the cellphone.
But after updating i am getting this internet/connection drop issues a lot.
Now a lot of times when im connected in wifi or using the 4g mobile internet, im getting a lot of internet lag/drops. Example: at whatsapp, when i sens a message, the clock appears and only after a little rhe time the message is send.
Example 2: at facebook, somerimes it lags and takes too long to load the content (same happening in instagram). Or at clash of clans, it is showing that symbol of internet issue.
Besides those internet bugs/lags, the android 8.0.0 is ok.
I already did a factory reset yesterday via the phone, and saved the files with smart switch. But the problem persists. I also checked and my wifi internet and my mobile internet are ok.
Does anyone knows how to fix this issue? Is there a newer version of the ROM, maybe? Or if not, is ir possible to downgrade to android 7 again (really wouldnt like this option but....)?
If anyone could help that would be great. But for the record:im really newbie at android stuffs....if you can help, please could you explain step by step?
Thanks everyone

I have the same phone but in my region the OTA 8.0 upgrade didn't arrive yet so I took a french official 8.0 for SM-G935F and installed it. After about one week I can tell it works like a charm and even better than before with the Marshmallow firmware. I don't see a solution with your specific connection problem but I can try to find and bring you the OS that I downloaded and used if you want.

NO, i can't seem to remember where i downloaded the firmware from, but I am sure it wasn't from Sammobile because it take ages to download. But I still have it on my laptop so I'm uploading the .rar on mediafire.
All you have to do:
Get Odin
Get the ROM (extract it separately, you should see the AP, BL, CP, CSC components)
Cause I am a new user on the forum it doesn't allow me to post external links so let's get around that:
type in w w w. mediafire . com /file / tx3676bj71vz17f/G935FXXU2ERD5_G935FOXA2ERD5_BTU.zip (copy paste and remove all the spaces)
Activate USB debugging (google that, you can get it in 30 secs)
press and hold power+home_button+volum_down then press volume_up when it asks you to confirm that you know what you're doing.
Open Odin, you should see that your phone is recognized (in the top left rectangle it shows COM something.
Add the AP, BL, CP and CSC from the folder to Odin by pressing the specific buttons and then selecting them, wait between them if necessary, it will tell you.
Make sure re partition is not ticked in the options tab.
after everytihng is ready, click start and wait some time.
When it is done you should see PASS in green and your phone restarting.\
From there you just have to configure your new OS. Bare in mind that you should know the google acc and password that you had on the phone before, else it will get FRP locked.
Hope this helps, If you have any questions feel free to ask.
