My dear friends,
I have tried pit files available from different locations and ended up having corrupt Internal storage. The device recognize only 1.8 GB and the PC just 1 GB. After converting the device to I9100 i am able to see the Internal storage but not in the native mode.
Request if you guys can share the correct SHW-M250K model pit file please.
Hope this thread dont die with any replies.

Flashing a stock firmware 4.0.4 rom with the pit file.
I downloaded the Odin in the Dev forum and it had the pit included.
If it does not work read here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1811238
Hi guys.
I have a galaxy s II (GT-I9100) With the official ROM of samsung (I9100XXLQ5_I9100OXALQ5_OXA).
in some reasons I decided to format USB Storage with "Format" in setting>storage>format USB Storage and after finishing Format, my USB size space reduced to 4.11GB instead of about default12 GB.
I tried this methods but nothing changed:
Full wipe
installing again the same Official ROM.
Installing another ROM eith Re-partitioning
changing kernel
formatting again in Android and in my pc using Windows7
plz help me

For the same reason that whenever you buy a external HDD or a SD Card its never the full amount you expected. Manufacturers use different scale to count a MB and GB then 99% of desktop/mobile OS's do.

Hi Guys,
Anyone can help, i messed up my I9300 sdcard, i tried everything i know
- Tried to re-partetion using .pit file and ODIN 3.07
- Tried to flash the stock rom "it works but the device keep restart and freeze"
i guess the issue is that my internal sdcard is not well partitioned now cause a softer reading the device information telling that my rom is 11.8 gb and my sdcard 11.8gb as well.
Please help, i'm dyeing
Thanks in advance.
Hi,
I need to re-allocate memory on my device. It was brought as a live demo model... i have since rooted and flashed a custom ROM but i only have 2gb out of 16gb usable due to the allocation of the memory on the demo unit. System shows at 11gb and i have no custom recovery backups.
I have located a PIT file online ...but the file is posted as a PITname.pit.txt and i cannot get Odin to recognise this as it is just a text file. Is there any way i can convert or use this file?
Please help me.
Many Thanks
Hi guys! I have a problem with my Samsung Galaxy J2 Prime (SM-G532M). It had 16GB of internal memory, until it flashed with an internet firmware. After that it is only recognizing 8GB of internal memory. After a lot, a lot, but a lot of research, I did not find a firmware that made available the 16GB and not a PIT file. I studied a bit about PIT files, but nothing that enabled me to edit the various partitions, with their "strange" values. I even tried to use the Samsung Galaxy J2 Prime TV PIT file (SM-G532MT) believing it to be 16GB (but I used the SM-G532M's PDA). But compared them I realized they were the same! Please help me! Having more 8GB of internal memory and not being able to use it is lousy!
I have the same problem, I noticed that using the app file explore it only finds 2gb only, this is very strange. I also downloaded several firmware and can not change
Having the same problem here, and it's making me insane! Can someone help? After flashing the stock rom the phone tells me i have only 8gb internal storage instead of my actual 16gb.
I solve it; although I'm not sure how.

I made multiple attempts, until I could find the "recovery mode", there I did all the "wipes" and then I gave "mount storage". Then, after the restart I already recognized the storage of 16 Gb.
Here are my hypotheses: 1) The ROM was not completely installed. Well, until he finally entered the recovery; did not finish working the "android". 2) Simply, complete cleaning is necessary after installation of the ROM STOCK. 3) I did not recognize the storage because the extra storage was not "mounted" for which the ROM was not prepared that we invented (it may be prepared for the 8 GB version). 4) I forgot the fourth hypothesis. Excuse me. Greetings, I hope you find it useful. That was the only reason to answer here.
