Cannot post in dev-forum. Please seed to [ROM] CyanogenMod 10 for Allwinner a13 [08/28/13]
on A13 allwinner CWM is not working.
Now let me explain why.
CWM is used to backup only kernel (boot.img), recovery and system.tgz+data.tgz(ROM+user data) but CWM is not backing up bootloader (bootloader.img).
Now why the heck i need bootloader to be backup on A13 tablet and on my SGS2 not ???
- SGS2 have same components on all phones TS/camera/gsensor/gps/fm and this is why he use a single bootloader that don't need to be changed/backup/restore.
- A13 are different even from same manufacturer, you don't find same TS/camera/gsensor/gps/fm on same lot of tablets so you will need a new bootloader for every lot if you use today one TS next month another TS.
I'm not against CWM, i use everyday for my android devices but not on A13 because have no effect.
I hope all people understand now why they can't use CWM on A13 tablets or maybe someone can make a special CWM for A13 but with support for backup/restore bootloader too.

I'm trying to find a custom rom for my AllWinner Tablet but I seem to be having serious issues with flashing at first I got it wrong and thought it was a A13 Tablet but the Model Number suggests that its a
Allwinner A10
Android 4.0.4
Baseband 1.5
Kernel Version 3.0.8+
Build Number nuclear_evb-eng 4.0.4 IMM76D.yohosn.com
But after opening the case the chipset has a A13 on it now I've flashed both A13 & A10 Roms but with no success the touchscreen becomes un responsive, etc... the last one I flashed it's taken me two full days to get it back into recovery .....
Can anyone give me an answer to this which tablet is this and which roms should I go for ?

I have problem with identify this tablet. I know it base on allwinner a10 and nothing else. Is it clone of another tablet? I want to find firmware for this and try to flash CM. CWM 6.0.1.2 recovery working perfectly. Can anybody helps me?
Some of my buds at Techknow suggested that it should be similar to backing up an A13 ROM, but is that true or do I need to use a different tool to copy it off my tab?

I would like to know myself but I have an allwinner a33 tablet..... were you able to put a CWM Recovery on it? because i was debating on doing that with my tablet

I don't know it is a good path for my problem on that forum but I hope so .
I have device called Hugerock T70 - it's ruggedized 7 ich tablet with android 4.2.1 (MT6589) and I want to cook 4.4 for this device but first I need CWM or something that will be able to flash 4.4 on my device. I think about CWM 6.0.4.5 or greater but my tablet is not very popular so there isn't CWM in that version. I can make CWM 5.5.0.4 with mtk droid tools but with 5.5.0.4 I can't flash 4.4.
Can anyone help me with that ? Device is rooted, I can send any file from backup (recovery.img and others) for anyone or make CWM on my own, when you tell me how .

where can i find a custom recovery for my zeki tablet? i like twrp but not sure if it supports it but any custom recovery will do if anyone can help ill be forever in your debt
and a custom rom and kernel will be a greater help as well
