For some reason, my Tablet Z (stock 4.2.2) will not detect the Chromecast on my network. My Nexus 4 and PC find it and cast no problem.
Any ideas?

EDIT Asus TF101 also works fine....

Any one got this working on a Transformer Prime running ICS? I know some people have had this working on other devices but was wondering if anyone had this working on a TFP and if so how they did it?
Thanks in advance
I have tried lots and failed.
The only way I can get it to work on the tablet is to run Sky Go on my PC and then connect to the pc using Splashtop which streams it to the tablet.
I have tried, without success, to connect my Samsung Allshare Cast dongle to my Z Ultra.
The farthest I get is notification that it is connecting.
I assume that the two devices are incompatible. Is this correct?
I've read that the Z Ultra will not work with Chromecast. Are there any devices I can use which would allow me to mirror to my (non-smart) TV?
Many thanks for your help.

If you are rooted or willing to root mirroring to Chromecast will work.
Is it possible to run mirrorlink on xperia tablet z? I take 4 apps of mirrorlink from tablet z2 and copy them to tablet z. Then in settings, in xperia connectivity appears a line of mirrorlink, it is not crashes but tablet z cant connect with mirrorlink (it writes that mirrorlink will start soon) So what can i try to make it work?

Hey folks,
I've recently purchased an LED Pocket Projector (LG PB62G) which supports Intel WiDi.
My idea was to mirror the screen of my Xperia Z2 to that projector, since Intel WiDi and Android/Sony use the same standard for wireless communication: Miracast.
Whenever I want to mirror my screen, the phone cannot find the projector.
Is there any way to get this working?
Edit: I'm still running the most current 5.x stock rom for z2.
Thanks a ton in advance.
It's rather Screen Mirroring than Throw.
Tried lots of stuff and googled this issue for hours ...
Nobody here with a similar problem or - which would even be better - a solution?
Sent from my D6503 using XDA Free mobile app
bump.
I still have no solution :crying:
Hello i have a Problem.
I bought two Asus TV500BG Controller to play together on my Android TV.
Both are work fine if you use just one.
But if you want to play together both are everytime Connect as Player1.
Had the idea that both Controller have the same Bluetooth Macadress but they are different.
Maybe one of you can test it with two Controller on a Nexus Player for example? Or anyone now a solution for my Problem.
