Just offline flash your original kdz.

Kuma82 posted a flashable zip here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2468880&page=18 post 177.
Flashing that in CWM will give you the latest baseband for our phones, otherwise you can use the LG Support Tool to revert back to how you got the phone when you first bought it.

Want to flash rom, but has hardware lock phone?

How can I flash to these new roms if my phone is hardware lock?
I can't root it, i tried one click root, moving the update file, etc......
It won't boot in recover mode
Can I use odin to flash the new rom ?
i found it and i did tried to search.
Thread moved to Q&A.
You need to search about "adb"
You can get into recovery that way. Read up on it. knowing the basics of adb is a good thing to know for anyone wanting to flash their phone. Mine is hardware locked and I couldn't care less. Once you get root clockwork is even easier than than using the volume buttons to get into recovery.
dude try this, i got mine rooted:

you don't have to learn adb, has your phone received the ji6 update? It fixes issues with hardware locked phones.

Mine and my girlfriends both have the JI6 update and we are both hardware locked still.
So the 3 finger salute at boot doesn't work?

Help: My Atrix gets hot reboots often since I unlocked and installed custom ROM

Hello everyone
I unlocked my Atrix (MB860, NORDICS RETAIL) some months ago and then I installed NottachTrix1.3.1 Rom. The day after the new Rom installation I experienced a lot of stability issues so I flashed the stock SBF file to bring the phone into its original state.
But since that time my phone is working worse than before: it gets very hot sometime and the battery drains much faster, if before with an intense use it worked for more than a 24 hours now with a moderate use if doesn't reach night sometime. This happens even if I flash the SBF file and then I leave all only the original applications of the phone without a restore of the backed-up ones.
I've been reading many articles about Atrix problems till now, but there are so many that it's probably impossible to not get confused, and I haven't been able to find something that helps me to solve mine yet.
Now I have some doubts I would like to ask you:
1- Did I pick up the right sbf file for my phone (the package says MB860, NORDICS RETAIL my sbf file is 1FF-olympus_emara-user-2.3.4-4.5.2A-74_OLE-31.1-release-keys-signed-NonEFIGSRetail-EU.sbf)?
2- There can be some components installed by custom rom that may still be working in the device(kernel, filesystem, radio or whatever) also after the sbf file flash and causing the problems I'm experiencing?
Thank you
Bye

i donr know the anwser of the first question.
second no when you flash a sbf you erase everything on the phone so it looks like when you buy it even lock the bootloader again.
maybe one app runing in background or mobile data.
send it to technical support if youre in warranty.
cheers
Thank you lucamibel

Oh well it's not really like you said, for example the bootloader unlocking process is not reversible through the sbf file flash, because after it, the "Unlocked" text on the top-left corner is just hidden but if you try to re-take the unlocking procedure when you execute the unlocking command it will say that the device is already unlocked while when you execute it at the first time it unlocks the phone , so there is something that the sbf file flash procedure doesn't recover. I haven't tried to install the rom recovery tool without unlocking the phone yet, I'm try to avoid other dangerous actions on it now.

These issues will happen even if I leave the phone with the configuration in the SBF file image, so I would exclude that reason.

You are correct in saying that the bootloader remains unlocked. Also, if you search the forums I think you will have a very hard time finding anyone who has had a warranty return rejected for an unlocked bootloader. I would get rid of the "unlocked" text and send it in for repair if you need to.
Thanks CaelanT
I think that would probably be the best thing to do. It's being too hard to find a solution by myself.
I've just bring the phone back at its factory status and as soon as it'll restart with the issues I'll send it to the assistance, if they won't matter about the unlocked status it would be only better.

[Q] Xperia Ray won't read SIM after brick rescue..

Any ideas on how to fix my Xperia Ray? HELP..
Quick backstory - my Xperia Ray won't read my SIM card anymore. It doesn't even ask for my PIN number, it just boots as normal (after asking me to pick a language) but I have no connection to any network. I've tried using the SIM card in another phone and it works fine, therefore the problem is with the phone itself.
I'd recently had my phone network & bootloader unlocked by wotanserver using the test point method - because of this I thought the DRM keys would be fine (e.g. TrackId & Timescape still worked). However, when I was updating from GB .42 to .62 OTA (to flash a GB ROM) my phone bricked! (Does this mean the DRM keys weren't intact? Confused.)
So, I searched for a solution and ended up using s1tool to relock the bootloader. Then I used flashtool to flash a stock ICS ftf file. It seemed to work (the phone rebooted) but it was then I noticed that the SIM card wasn't being recognised. Also, in the Flashtool log I noticed that a blue line was there saying 'this file is ignored simlock.ta'.
Anyway, my real dilemma is - which of the Available Omnius Operations for the Xperia Ray (see link: http://www.omnius-server.com/phone?id=20… should I pick to fix this?
Backup TA
Flash
Identify
Live boot
Repair S1-boot
Restore TA
Revive phone after OTA flash
Unlock bootloader
Unlock network lock by certificate replacement
Repair S1boot? Restore TA? I really don't know. Would really. really appreciate someone's help - I need my phone back urgently!
Updating via OTA on an unlocked bootloader does lead to a bricked Phone, which just requires THIS to fix it.

Hi, thanks for your reply! I'm not sure what you mean though - the link provided in the first post on that thread took me to a dodgy website to download a file called 'downloadmanager
_setup' All that did was install crap like 'Zoomdownloader' and other non-android related rubbish on my computer. So I'm not best pleased about that...
Anyhoo, my phone isn't really bricked - it works fine apart from the SIM problem. I was asking what fix in the Omnius list of options applied to my situation. Do I need to Repair S1-boot? Do I need to 'Restore TA?' I really don't know to be honest.
All I really need to know is what option from Omnius's list applies to my situation...

Just checked the link myself, as it didn't skip the ad and asked you to download something else instead, that should have rang alarm bells. This is what you should have downloaded - FlashTool_0.2.9.1_FOTAUnbrick

Your Phone was bricked in the first place due to an OTA update, and should actually state in what ever thread you used to unlock not to use the OTA feature after doing so, the attachment normally fixes that, given that you've re-locked using S1Tool then you may have done more harm than good. If I knew what option to suggest I would have done so, so unless anyone else does then it's trial and error I'm afraid.
Is it too late for me to give the link you gave me a shot then? Or might it do more harm than good at this stage? Thanks for your help btw, I appreciate it.

You could try to unlock the boot loader again, flash stock ICS and kernel and try again to connect the sim card...
Or have you tried PC companion to fix your phone? Try this first!
But I can't promise anything, maybe you will end up in a bigger problem than now

[Q] NOTE 3 FAILED ROOT. How to fix?

Ok guys, been using these forums to root phones for a while now. First phone i did was my att s3. hit a few bumps but overall it was a piece of cake. have done several different s3s and a tmobile note 3 with ease. Tried to root my sisters note 3 sprint (SM-N900P) today, and of course, i am having some issues.
I started out by trying to use the cf auto root for the phone in question, and then i get could not do normal boot. so i restart and it just boots into the same screen. I have tried reflashing stock firmware, but it fails everytime fused 2 binary 1. So then i flashed the pit file, which succeeded in letting me turn the phone back on lol, but i still cant use stock recovery anymore. also, if i try to reflash custom firmware now, i get firmware update encountered an issues screen, so i have to take the battery out for a few seconds and put it back in to get the phone to be able to restart.
SO.... I guess my questions are, what exactly went wrong? how do i fix stock recovery if nothing else? and is there a way to unlock this phone without rooting if i cant root after all? because my sister doesnt really care about custom roms, she just needs to be able to use a different carrier.
COMMENTS AND SUGGESTIONS BELOW PLEASE
any help is greatly appreciated.

And you haven't said anything to us but you don't know how to read .... You haven't said what you flashed and with what Odin etc ... you have given nothing to help fix your problem and there is no unlock besides sprint doing it or you would have READ that too

Well, I fixed it anyway so it doesn't matter. Now trying to install custom recovery, but had issues with that. Guess cwm is not working for this phone correctly. So only way to unlock is pay sprint? And thanks soooo much for your helpful attitude

It amazes me that some people cannot just read a post and move on if they have nothing helpful to say but instead take the time out of their busy lives to slam someone.

[Q] Reload LG D802 bootloader. Removing "ROOTED" signature

Hello Guys,
Just wanted to check there is any official method to reload LG D802 boot loader which will remove the signature "ROOTED" in recovery mode. This will help to retain the warranty in case of any hardware failures like speaker, cam etc. Just wanted to know if any method is available
Thanks

http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2432476&highlight=remove+root+status - Pretty sure this works for most variants besides maybe VZW to remove that and get you back to stock.

Hey, thanks for the great guide! But this doesn't reload the recovery loader. I tried this method and I'm easily able to revert to stock but the recovery loader is triggered as ROOTED and this will kill the warranty. (I'm not soo bothered about the warranty of the software but it matters about hardware. Who knows tomorrow)
Big thanks if we would find a solution for this.
Thanks.
I ran across a thread somewhere where it was mentioned that you have to reload it twice.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=48754417&postcount=9
Sounds like a plan.... first flash would be removing custom like removing root access....and second flash was like racking the device that the device is not rooted and reloading the boot loader itself and resetting the trigger...truly sounds like a plan.... I will try this method....
